A new comfortable house with modern furniture, the location is perfect because it is in the main neighborhood of Guaratinguetá near a pharmacy, supermarket, gas station, public transportation, two streets below is the avenue that gives access to E.E.Aeronautica, two above in Clube Itaguara and further above we have Fórum and FEG Faculty of Engineering. Six km to Aparecida and three km to the Frei Galvão Church. 5-minute drive to downtown. Pizzeria, snack bar, and self-service restaurant.

The stay was simply impeccable, everything was extremely clean and organized. The view I had of the chalet was breathtaking, a real spectacle! Besides, everything looked brand new. Jonas, the caretaker, is always helpful and attentive, very friendly. Rodrigo is very polite, responds quickly and is always clear in his instructions. Without a doubt, a memorable experience, we will definitely return!

I was amazed by the house. I didn't imagine it was so big. It's just a few family members and you can get lost in the house. Everything is very beautiful and well equipped. Tânia is a wonderful host. Very attentive and caring to her guests. The only problem with the house is that we had to leave. I recommend it. Excellent couple and a wonderful view. Everything is very beautiful. Thanks for the experience.

Simply excellent! Bruno's apartment exceeded all expectations. The space is exactly as in the photos – cozy and very well cared for. Everything was neatly clean and organized, which made all the difference in my stay. The atmosphere is great, ideal for resting, and at the same time welcoming for those seeking comfort and practicality. Bruno was an attentive host, always available and very kind. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed. It was a wonderful experience!!!!
