We had a wonderful stay in Mr. Giancarlo's apartment, a real corner of paradise immersed in the rolling Teramo hills. From our arrival we were greeted with great cordiality and availability, and we immediately felt at home. The real protagonist of this experience was undoubtedly the absolute peace that you can breathe in this place: the silence is interrupted only by the sounds of nature, and every morning we woke up with the singing of the birds and a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. It is the perfect place for those looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the city. The apartment is well cared for in every detail, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also ideal for exploring the surroundings, among characteristic villages, nature trails and proximity to the Adriatic Sea. Highly recommended! Recently renovated apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living room. The furnishings are new and refined, in perfect condition. The apartment is really very large and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The entrance is self-contained, so you have all the privacy of the case. I really enjoyed staying here. It is a great starting point from which to explore the surroundings, such as the coast of Trabocchi or Campo Imperatore. Silvia and the others were very nice and always available.

We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!
