The apartment is sensational, very new, clean and organized. It is located in the best region of Guarujá. The garage in the building itself and the beach service made the experience even more satisfying. O Flávio is an extremely thoughtful guy. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back.

Andrea was extremely attentive from the first contact — always very friendly, quick in the answers and available to ask questions and help with whatever it took. We feel very welcome! The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. Have been incredible days and we will definitely be back!

Good our experience in Renata's apartment was wonderfulaa, in the photos it is not possible to see the surreal beauty that is the view we are all enchanted, the apartment has everything, we all feel at home, the rooms are very comfortable we sleep very well, until my 6-month-old niece passed very well, because the apartment has support for the baby, the apartment has everything in the kitchen as in everything, it is very complete spacious and cozy, we spent incredible days, the condominium counts with a lot of leisure, we enjoyed the gym very much, I saw many comments that had to walk a lot, but it is not true because the elevators leave where we want to go, and even with the car of to go, I only have compliments for my stay in the AP of Renata, and Renata was an excellent polished gentleman always giving support to everything we need, the beach is very close and has all the support of the chairs and sunscreen made it very easy, the condominium has a lot of leisure, and ❤️ I'm sure to recommend it

Claudia always super prompt and responsive. The apartment is exactly as described. Perfect location just a few minutes from the beach. Quiet street. Quiet condominium. Very hot pool with a beautiful view. Porter's very dearest. The beach has more hectic waves. Wouldn't recommend for families with kids. It has structure with restaurants and kiosks. As we went during New Year's Eve I found the beach quite full, nothing different from the others. We really want to come back in low season because we think everything is perfect

Juliana is very attentive! When we arrived, the flat was extremely clean, in addition to having all utensils for a great stay. The lock is electronic and the password is changed every time a check-out occurs, so we had no trouble getting in. Also, the building has a vacancy for 1 vehicle, in addition to beach service with umbrella that is extremely useful if you have no intention of staying at any kiosk. Easy access, prepared condominium staff, comfortable and large apartment, beach service that served us well, various activities around, perfect for staying for days... Fábio always responded quickly and helped us in tips and doubts. We don't use the pool, the place is so dynamic that we use this space just to admire the view from there.

Our stay at Fatima's house was perfect, we didn't even want to leave, it has everything close, everything really, clean house, comfortable accommodation, very clean beach, all kinds of places to shop, eat, walk, I have no complaints, only that it makes you want to stay lol, gratitude to everyone, caretaker, building manager, it was perfect, highly recommended, go without fear.

The stay was excellent! Vera was always very friendly and helpful, responded quickly and helped us with any questions. The apt looks like the photos: they are 3 main suites and 1 adapted service suite, which can be used for guests as well. The bedding was of great quality, clean and soft. Apt well decorated and tasteful. We went with young children and we had no problems. Wifi works, but it's not very powerful for video-conference if you go to work. For the basics, it serves well. Very close to the beach, with chairs service. Da to walk to the mall and restaurants. We hired an employee for cleaning and cooking and it was excellent as well.

Everything was good. Some repairs needed. But the place is wonderful. We will definitely be back.
