It's a very comfortable, spacious and nice place, right in the heart of Guatemala City. It has a great view because it's located in the 11th floor. You can find different restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops and touristic places nearby. It has a queen bed, sofa bed, another huge sofa, bathroom with hot water, washer and dryer machine, dining room, a desk where you can work on your computer, Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, HBO and cable TV. There is an EcoFilter for water and a fan. IT INCLUDES PARKING.

In this compact but well planned apartment you are in the centre of Guatemala City, close to everything. The apartment has a terrace with plenty of space for grilling/eating outside and a fully equipped kitchen. With one bedroom and a sofa bed the apartment fits up to three people. It is part of a modern complex with greenery. The complex additionally has a small coffee shop/bar on the ground floor and next-door a bar with one of the best craft beers from Guatemala.
