Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Guatemala City

This was our first time touching down in Guatemala, and I’ve got to say this spot was a whole vibe from the moment we arrived. The area was not only super walkable but also packed with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, and local gems just steps from the building. As for the apartment? Straight-up stunning. Every detail felt curated for comfort and style, and the view?!!!! Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. The energy of this place was on point, relaxing yet vibrant, with just the right mix of culture and convenience. Definitely an unforgettable stay! Will be staying here again on our next visit.

Excelente apartamento en el corazón de la zona uno. Espectacular vista del parque central, catedral y palacio. Muy seguro edificio a una cuadra de un supermercado y del mercado central. Muchos buenos restaurantes cercanos. El apartamento es muy grande con cocina completa y dos habitaciones grandes. Muy completo y acogedor. Buena ducha con bastante agua caliente. Maquina para lavar y secar ropa. Buen internet. Cesar es un excelente anfitrión. Este apartamento es súper recomendado.

the Host, the guard (Vidal) were such a pleasure and always were ready to help and answered immediately. So far one of my favorite spots, mainly customer service (don't see that much anymore). The view was incredible and walking to cayala wasn't too bad even while pushing a baby in a stroller! Ice cold AC! Drier and washer!!! spectacular!!!

Todo era como estaba en las fotos, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente, quedamos encantados con el apartamento, sin duda es un lugar al que volveríamos!

Su hospitalidad hizo nuestra estancia inolvidable. Apreciamos mucho la detallada descripción de la casa, que cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas. We stayed at their place for two nights . We have been travelling for two and half months . This place was home away from home . Beautifully decorated. All the amenities which one would need during vacation or during long travel . Most importantly the hosts are always available to communicate. We requested for early check in and late check out . They were gracious enough to say yes to our request . Wish we had more time to enjoy the place , Sip morning coffee and listen to chirping birds . Hope we come back some day . Un buen lugar para lo que necesitamos

Tuvimos problemas un poco para el ingreso por que íbamos en carros separados con mis familiares por las normas de la residencial , pero se movieron rápido y nos ayudaron sin tema lo demás súper bien limpio , buena ubicación todo muy tranquilo

We had an excellent trip! Our host was very friendly and provided us with an abundance of information regarding our stay. It was very clear she goes above and beyond for her guests. The house was beautiful in a safe, gated community with many amenities close by.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Every detail was thought of and very much apreciated- fans, soap, cotton pads, sugar, water. Our stay was comfortable and quite enjoyable. We hope to be back soon.

I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment was bigger than expected. The only issue is the noise, you can hear from other apartments or outside. But its totally worth it, it was great!
