It's a family home, only the couple live there, the atmosphere is quiet, relaxed, a neighborhood with little movement, there is space for parking one or two small vehicles. Nearby there are shopping centers that have convenience stores, banks, laundries, restaurants, grocery stores, beauty salons, bakeries and many more services. From the residence to these shopping centers you can walk in no more than 5 minutes. It is also located near Ciudad Cayalá.

La casa se entrega totalmente limpia y desinfectada. Es una Bella casa en condomino Vista Verde en Balcones de San Cristobal. El condominio es privado y es una colonia muy tranquila. La casa tiene jardín frontal y jardín posterior con comedor exterior y area de bar. Puedes hacer una parrillada y oír música de forma tranquila en la parte de atrás o bien puedes ir a la sala principal y ver una película en el TV principal.
