It's a place to relax and feel at home, to spend time with family. We were very well received, we will return!

Awesome place! The host was super responsive and proactive. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It's pretty straightforward to get everywhere if you use the boat guy (Pedro) suggested by the host. Having the soccer field was so fun, even in the rain! A small note - it's an eco-home, so there are some small differences like having to use bidets and the hot tub hours. The host is very up front about these things, just make sure that's okay with you when booking. We had a great time, would definitely come back :)

Beautiful place... Great views, pretty quite and relaxed. Atitlan Lake is magical place and all the villages around it are amazing. A lot of culture and history there.

Spacious home with incredible views, we all felt at home and comfortable. While slightly out of the tourist core, it was only a short tuk tuk away or a nice stroll into the busy area. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful. Right on the lake with Cristal clear water to just jump in when waking up. We loved it!

Definitely a house we would return to with my family, the area is quite large, with a green area, the volleyball court has a ball, the pool is very large and has direct access to the sea, ample parking for several cars (we went 3), the air conditioning worked perfectly for each area, the kitchen had everything you need, during our stay there was no TV, but it was not necessary since there was a lot to enjoy in the place, a place we will return to next time.

The facilities are just as seen in the photographs, the house is very comfortable and the sea view is exceptional! It has everything you need for a pleasant stay!

We stayed in this house to celebrate my mother's birthday and her words were I FELT LIKE I WAS AT HOME, we had a great time and we left very happy, if we go back to the wall we will book again in the same place. All the rooms were very clean and tidy, the kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. Another important thing to highlight is that the power went out in the village over the weekend and we were one of the few houses that had power because the house had its own generator, a house of 100. A house of 10.

I have no complaints, just to say that everything is very clean. It smells good from the moment you enter. Everything works well. The water in the showers doesn't feel salty like in most places on the beach. Everything is super accessible, relaxing to go with children. Highly recommended, we loved it. As seen in the photos .

Another beautiful stay on the beach. The house is beautiful, but the best part is the outside area. The hammock, beachside bed, and all the outdoor seating are fantastic. Magali is a wonderful cook and was very kind. The location is excellent. There is a public path next to the house, but the pool and seats are higher and do not bother you. I have seen the notes about the smell in the upstairs bathroom - there is a smell, but leave the window open and remember you are on the beach. It's amazing.

The home was beautiful, just as described. Pool is large and perfect for post-fishing or post-beach relaxing. Spacious yard! This home is super close to the port if you want to charter a boat. Cristina was a great host, helping us with laundry and cooking. Would definitely come back!

Everything was excellent

Lovely, private home. The pool was a great addition to a beachfront home. Air conditioned rooms were great too! We will consider returning in the future!

The stay was very good. The house is well equipped, clean and with a kitchen that makes the experience much easier, as it has everything you need to cook comfortably. As a suggestion, it would be ideal to improve the speed of communication a little, as the responses can be a little late. I would also recommend placing non-slip rugs at the entrance of the pool towards the kitchen and in the bathrooms, for security. Additionally, having larger trash receptacles would help prevent animals like cats from approaching and may cause inconvenience. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it.
