It's a place to relax and feel at home, to spend time with family. We were very well received, we will return!

Awesome place! The host was super responsive and proactive. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It's pretty straightforward to get everywhere if you use the boat guy (Pedro) suggested by the host. Having the soccer field was so fun, even in the rain! A small note - it's an eco-home, so there are some small differences like having to use bidets and the hot tub hours. The host is very up front about these things, just make sure that's okay with you when booking. We had a great time, would definitely come back :)

Beautiful place... Great views, pretty quite and relaxed. Atitlan Lake is magical place and all the villages around it are amazing. A lot of culture and history there.

This was a nice apartment in a local part of San Pedro, close to a couple of Spanish schools. It was clean, the kitchen well stocked and the beds were very comfortable with clean fresh linens. The best part was the above board service from our hosts. We were provided with eggs and bread when we arrived and they responded immediately to any requests. Highly recommend and should we return to San Pedro we would stay here again! Thanks Rosa for all your help.

The best waterfront lodging experience available in Lake Atitlán. The design and furnishings of the house are exquisite. We were attended by very friendly and attentive staff at the place. Ana Regina was always looking out for us.

Definitely a house we would return to with my family, the area is quite large, with a green area, the volleyball court has a ball, the pool is very large and has direct access to the sea, ample parking for several cars (we went 3), the air conditioning worked perfectly for each area, the kitchen had everything you need, during our stay there was no TV, but it was not necessary since there was a lot to enjoy in the place, a place we will return to next time.

I really loved the house, it's beautiful. The hostess was super attentive, excellent cleanliness, very quiet area. I loved the stay. I would definitely come back!

In general, everything was very good. The place is quite spacious, there was electricity, water and internet and air conditioning whenever needed. Excellent direct access to the sea.

The home was beautiful, just as described. Pool is large and perfect for post-fishing or post-beach relaxing. Spacious yard! This home is super close to the port if you want to charter a boat. Cristina was a great host, helping us with laundry and cooking. Would definitely come back!

This is the second time I've visited, the place is very nice, it's super close to the beach, unfortunately we had a weekend in which there were power outages due to the weather, the place is comfortable, spacious and it's like in the photos!

Another beautiful stay on the beach. The house is beautiful, but the best part is the outside area. The hammock, beachside bed, and all the outdoor seating are fantastic. Magali is a wonderful cook and was very kind. The location is excellent. There is a public path next to the house, but the pool and seats are higher and do not bother you. I have seen the notes about the smell in the upstairs bathroom - there is a smell, but leave the window open and remember you are on the beach. It's amazing.
