Holiday rentals with a patio in Guavate

The place was super clean. The master room has a king bed with a comfortable mattress and air conditioner. Jessica is a great host, very attentive and responsive.

It's an excellent place for a family, a quiet place to rest. It also had coffee and bottles of water in the fridge, and in the bathrooms there was liquid soap and shampoo. I think it's a good place for a family stay. I would repeat it next time I go to Caguas.

The stay was perfect. The place is clean and pleasant in its entirety. They were attentive to us having a pleasant few days, always being at our disposal. We were able to enjoy everything they offer.

This space was the best space I've stayed at while visiting the island. It's private and clean, and the views are amazing. My kids loved the animals and tranquility. Spacious, quiet, and private. Also had plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a shopping center, pharmacies, etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

A wonderful experience at La Casa de Abuela! From the very beginning, Aixa made us feel right at home. The place was spotless and incredibly well organized, with every corner clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. What truly impressed us were the little touches—Aixa thought of everything to ensure both we and our pets felt comfortable and welcome. Her communication was consistent and thoughtful, always making sure everything was perfect during our stay. Without a doubt, she’s a top-notch host. We would recommend La Casa de Abuela a thousand times over!

This place is pristine and beautiful. The host is very responsive and on top of everything that you may need. I have stayed here twice and will continue to do so every time I come visit my family. It’s feels like home.

Casa Serena definitely lives up to its name. Absolutely without a doubt a 5 star property with a 5 star host. This was by far one of the best Airbnb we have stayed at. The home has everything you need and more. Well prepared for anything. Very clean with all the stuff needed to maintain it the same for long stays. I would definitely go back only next time in a small suv or bigger due to the road. Thank you Gloria for a great home.

We loved our stay at Daniel and Desirae's place! It was clean, great decor, comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the sound of tree frogs at night, the yoga deck overlooking the jungle with sweet neighborhood cats visiting, the unscented soaps and laundry (I literally travel with my own sheets because I'm allergic to perfume so this was a MAJOR plus for me). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make simple meals on the two burner stove top. They had a big jug of drinkable water which was also so handy. It's up in the mountains, so nice and quiet, but within 10-15 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The only thing to mention is you can't see the ocean from the house, but you can see if off the road at the top of the hill and definitely save the check in instructions because we didn't have cell service, just wifi once we got in the house. This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I loved it like this experience was amazing the house had a beautiful view the house seas just amazing overall has everything we needed it was very peaceful even I would definitely be booking again 10/10 experience!

The place was beautiful, elevators worked quickly, she had everything we needed to accommodate us for the beach. The place was clean and was perfect for us. Would love to come again

This was a great option for a family with teenagers. Safe location so they could go to pools on their own or parents could leave them in the condo for a little adult time on the beach. Not a walkable neighborhood, but great location for taking day trips to other beaches or other sites. Condo unit had extras like sports equipment and beach gear. We really enjoyed our stay there with our kids.

The pictures don’t qualify for the place it is more beautiful of what you can see at the pictures. The views the sunrise and sunset are spectacular at the apartment. The location it is amazing you had security 24/7 .. private access to the pool and security also. A lot of restaurant close by including a supermarket 24/7 in case you need anything for the little ones my 3 kids said was the best vacations ever.

We like staying at Luis apt. It is well equipped and private.

Ricardo’s place was immaculate and right in the center of town. We enjoyed walking to the town plaza on Sunday to enjoy the artisans, food and music. Very happy with our stay.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!
