Host was very responsive. Had an issue with one of AC units in the room, and he had a tech at the house within hours. The house was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Thank you!

The home was beautiful. The surrounding was great, everything was close by about 20 minutes away to everything. Beds were so comfortable and the blackout winds had to sleeping like a baby. Julio was very quick to respond. Will stay here again for sure! Thank you Julio!

Our stay was great, the house was exactly as pictured and described. Lara was a great host and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner, would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Ana Laura and Javier’s home was incredible. This was one of the few times that the accommodations looked even more spectacular in real life than in the photos. Everything about our stay was fantastic. Ana Laura and Javier were extremely communicative, check in was simple and stress free, and we were provided with a wealth of local recommendations. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet; perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was spacious and well stocked with everything you could ever need on vacation. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The star of the home however was definitely the backyard. The outdoor space was awesome and provided ample privacy. We loved the pool and spent so much time in there lounging and relaxing. Overall we loved our Airbnb and would return for future trips to PR!

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

Grisselle was very accommodating and let us go in the home 30 mins before check in, she was very quick to respond to make sure we were comfortable, and the pool was our favorite to swim in after a long day out exploring. It's close to old San Juan, beaches, restaurants, ect. There were a few nights it was a bit noisy due to motorbikes driving by but there was a door that lead to the rooms that closed to help block the noise. Highly recommended this place.

The space is beautiful and a really wonderful place to spend time in! The pool is refreshing and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious ! Overall a fantastic experience to stay !

Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

Just wanted to say that this place was very much. What was listed on the website. I thought the place was really clean, safe and secure. It was a good distance from the airport. And from old San, Juan. The owner was very communicative and responsive to any concerns I hadplace was a good size for six adults and the parking was perfect for our needs. If I’m ever in San, Juan will definitely book him again.

I stayed for 14 days and the apartment was what I needed. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed, bed was comfortable, shower was a bit small for my height, but water was warm. Overall I will book again as I have to travel every four month due to family health issues. Parking was in front of apartment. Excellent place and it is near biggest shopping mall and restaurants.

Kerryann was wonderful. She accommodated an early checkin, gave us wonderful recommendations, and was super responsive! The place was very comfortable and there were even chairs and a beach bag to take to the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked and we felt right at home! My favorite part about this place was the garage, it makes coming back very private and safe. 10/10!

Everything went great, she was attentive to everything, questions answered and if we needed anything she helped.

Clean and tidy house, good furnishings, washing machine and dryer is a plus. Beeper for access to the canopy gate and parking the car under the roof, a/c unit in the family room that has the TV. Folder with information, instructions and restaurants in the area, many of them within walking distance. We enjoy a safe, clean and tidy space. When I return to PR, I will rent again if it is available.

It is a very beautiful and huge house with amazing back yard. i can tell Anne Marie put a lot of love and time into decoration. It is very safe and secure. Lots of room and space inside and out. Gorgeous views and just 25 min from old San Juan. There are planty of grocery stores near by and my favorite gym. The host responds immediately and very helpful and giving you planty of privacy at the same time. Would highly recommended this place. it is very quet and lovely.

We liked the place. Communication with the host was very good, and we always received prompt responses. The view is beautiful. Access to the place is a bit tricky, especially at night.

Gustavo was a great host any questions I had he answered. He made the whole process really simple and easy. His home was spacious and really nice and every thing was close to his home walking distance.

Rudy and her husband they where amazing and she did so amazing with the house. It was so easy to contact and get in. It was peaceful and very Comfy house and rooms with AC :). We were so happy to enjoy the stay and we will come back next year to book then again.

I have stayed several times with a group of students. The place is great for medium size groups 8-10. Location is excellent close to supermarket, and it is a residential area very quiet! If needed again… I will definitely be coming back!!
