Beautiful hidden gem. Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, clean bedrooms, washer/dry, extra supplies. Fun and relaxing time throughout the property: hot tub, kayak and fishing, beautiful landscape for photos, pool table, and board games. We caught several fish for meals. Be careful not to travel at night and in a small car. The roads are narrow, winding and dark. We would have liked more security for access doors to feel safer at night. We would definitely recommend others who like more adventurous stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Apt is located in a secure place with view to the gulf course and sea which helps with relaxing. Definitely recommend. Details instructions were also given which made the check in easy.

This was a perfect place for our group of 3. It was a very convenient location and had a beautiful beach right outside the building. The apartment was clean and enjoyable.

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly walkable. The area is full of great restaurants, so dining out was a breeze and enjoyable. Plus, having beach access right nearby was a huge plus — we enjoyed spending time relaxing by the ocean. The pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

Love the place! Great location, great space, clean and modern. The AC was fantastic. Very private and peaceful. I used to live in Old San Juan and I know it can get noise at night, and here, didn’t hear anything. My kids said the sofa bed was so comfortable. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

My stay at La Botanica Hotel was simply amazing. The atmosphere there is very calming. Upon entering nto the space with beautiful greenery and sounds of wind chimes, one is transported to an oasis, in the middle of the city. The team members are all very amiable and willing to answer what ever questions I may have had. The room was basic but very comfortable with everything necessary including beach towels, beach mat and cooler bag. I looked forward to the morning yoga practices followed by a vegan breakfast…..the food was definitely a high point with such presentation, flavour and variety! The chefs are awesome, make sure you have Solange’s mole made with pure love! The beach is a mere 5 minute walk away and the water was very warm and enticing.. La Botánica is the perfect unpretentious spot for a reset of mind, body and soul.

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

The apartment had a Beautiful view and was very clean and private. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

The unit is in a fantastic neighborhood, a block from the beach and near many stores. Check-in with the security guard was easy, though we had brief trouble with the lock. The apartment is very clean, thoughtfully furnished and well-stocked with essentials like soaps, extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchenware. It has two A/C units, a fan/air purifier, a comfy bed and couch, great natural light, blackout curtains, and a balcony with an amazing view. The toilet handle is delicate but works fine. We saw one small roach behind the kitchen faucet toward the end of our stay, which Xavier acknowledged—routine maintenance is in place. Parking, pool access, and trash disposal were convenient. Overall, a great stay!

Eva’s was in a prime location with lots of options for dinner and entertainment. The high speed internet helped me remain connected to work. The place was super clean with all of the features one need during a beach vacation. The price was super affordable for the area. Will be back.

Renato’s place is fantastic and he is an excellent host. Even while traveling internationally he was responsive and provided alternate communication methods. You can’t beat the location of Renato’s place, it makes it unnecessary to rent a car for the trip. The apartment is clean and tidy, ideal for one or two people, and the kitchen is perfect to make small meals to avoid eating out every meal. The bed is comfortable, and the view from the balcony is idyllic at all hours. I really like the added security of the key fob and front desk guard, you just have to be let in when you arrive. Condado/ PR still have some power outages so I was grateful for the external batteries I packed. I believe the building has backup generators for essentials. The beautiful view comes with a bit higher noise levels because the glass doesn’t reduce sound from the street but generally it didn’t disturb us. We hope to stay here again!

From booking, Isabel was incredibly communicative and helpful. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and the location was so convenient to the beach, walkable to restaurants, and centrally located to be able to explore. The view from the rooftop pool was spectacular, and the outdoor space was so relaxing. If (when) we come back, we will stay here again. I loved every minute.
