The residential development is located on the outskirts of town and has an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 minutes from the village, Lidl supermarket and highway, 10 minutes to Granada and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the coast and 30 minutes from Sierra Nevada. 10 minutes to Nevada Shopping Center and PTS.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

A bright duplex with a kitchen, a private terrace, and excellent views. It is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator.

Outside you can relax in a very nice garden with terrace and private salted swimming pool (less than 10% of salt compared with sea water and no chemicals).

Places of interest: The location of the house is very close to Sierra Nevada at 25 km and 18 km from Granada and the Alhambra, the coast at 60 km and Nerja at 100 km. You will love my place because of the views from the terrace and from the living room. The terrace is surrounded by pots to enjoy the tranquility and relaxation. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children).

The Dream of a Cortijo Andaluz: La Solanilla

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 40€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.
