(Cultural Interest Asset) environment 15 minutes from the center of Granada, and the Albaicín, with public transport 50 meters away, and 200 from the Abbey, with parking located at the same door, public, but where there is always availability. When staying at the Cueva de David, you will be authorized to enter the cave through the Albaicín (World Heritage Site)

My little house is located in Valle de Monachil, going up the road about 2 km from the village, High Mountain. It is a sustainable house and independent of the city's energy, which means that we operate with solar panels. We enjoy privileged views of nature. It is essential that you come with your own car. Due to the layout of the house, it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Heating with a wood stove. Natural pool with cool spring water.

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. About pets, they are allowed but paying a surcharge of €30 for a pet apart from the reservation, check with the hosts.

The apartment is 5 minutes walking to the village square and 5 minutes to the start of several hiking trails. It is a 15 minute drive to Granada and 30 minutes to Sierra Nevada ski resort. It has 2 bedrooms and a large living room with kitchen open to it. It also has a large terrace to have lunches and dinners.
