A superb and ideally located accommodation in Gueliz. Restaurants and bakeries for breakfast or dinner are nearby. Access is very secure and next to the American school, which brings even more Serenity. A downside on the front door, managed by access code, very sensitive that wastes time to enter the accommodation. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and well equipped. Please note that there are works taking place that disrupt the calm from 7 a.m. on weekends as well. Everything else was perfect.

I had a great 1-week stay at this apartment in Guéliz, Marrakech. The location is excellent — close to shops, cafes, and easy to get around the city. The apartment itself was very clean, well-designed, and exactly as pictured. It felt comfortable and modern throughout my stay. The host was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech and would happily stay here again.

Fatima is a wonderful host and her friendly attentive attitude really stands out. As an architect herself, she was more than open to a few suggestions I shared with her thanks to which this little gem of a studio can be a diamond. I will come back to see how she’s transformed the terrace which has amazing potential to become a star gazing wonder. Overall a wonderful experience.

Our stay in the apartment in Gueliz was very pleasant. The apartment was clean, modern and practically furnished – including air conditioning, a good shower, a small kitchen and stable WiFi. Everything was present for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal: you are not directly in the hustle and bustle of the Medina, but with a taxi you are there within a few minutes. That gave us the space to experience Marrakech at our own pace. Gueliz itself is lively but well-organized, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The host was friendly and easily reachable by phone. We arranged the transport to and from the airport ourselves, but it was nice to know that we could always contact them if we had any questions or requests. A nice, quiet base in a modern neighborhood - ideal for those who want to discover Marrakech without being in the middle of the chaos.

Just a few tips that will make life easier; Theres an Al barid bank next to the mcdonalds just up the road. Carrefour is located a few minutes away but theres also other places near by for shopping. Jemma el-fna is a 15-20 minute walk / the weather is beautiful which makes walking pleasant. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great time at this apartment located in the heart of Guéliz in Marrakech. Location is ideal, close to all amenities and perfectly within walking distance. The apartment is very clean, well maintained and is in a secure residence with a 24-hour caretaker, which is very reassuring. Amine, our host, was great! He is very responsive, attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. She's a trusted person, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return to Marrakech and book this apartment again. I recommend it 100%!

Incredible accommodation, clean, refined decor, exactly as in the photos. A breath of fresh air as soon as you enter after a long day of sightseeing or activities in Marrakech. Anissa and Nicolas are just the best, always there for us, they respond very quickly. They guide us if we need it and recommend a very good address! I will return to Marrakech and stay there again! It's just a 10/10, 20/20. If you're hesitating to book, you're already making a mistake, so go for it! I'd recommend it without a second thought

One of the best locations u could have at kesh most recommended easy access to jamae fna space the only bad think is not the apartment it the parking lot next to the building plz park your car at the garage don’t leave your car outside there about to keep asking you for money each time you go down to your car sorry host you perfect but plz talk to them thanks 🙏

The accommodation is even better than in the photos: modern decor, cozy atmosphere, everything is clean and perfectly maintained. The jacuzzi is a real treat to relax, the PS5 clearly added a fun touch to our stay, and the air conditioning makes it even more comfortable. We feel that everything has been thought out in detail to offer a quality experience. The host was responsive, welcoming, and professional. Honestly, it's one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. I would recommend it without second thought, and I will come back without hesitation!

The apartment was very clean and nice. Well furnished. The rooms are spacious and each have their own bathroom and a large balcony. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop. It was really very pleasant: The kitchen on this terrace, the comfortable sofas... it's a real plus! And the jacuzzi to cool off, a real blessing!! We had our breakfast and a few meals there, because the place really lends itself to it and in terms of utensils, nothing is missing 😊 There are good quality restaurants in the neighborhood. We traveled only on foot, even to reach the medina. It's not too far away. Majorelle Gardens are located just in front of the apartment. We can only highly recommend the visit: it is a real haven of peace!! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Thank you for everything 🙏

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We did not use the kitchen but it is very large and seems to be well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it doesn't happen much in Morocco but a small curtain for the shower would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main axes of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, horse-drawn carriage rides next door. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small convenience store downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to get there, so you can't go in a simple swimsuit, you have to dress since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and have good advice, thank you very much to you both!
