Everything has already been mentioned in previous descriptions. The Rita is beautiful (traditional) Bouchra is always available by phone to help behind the scenes where needed. The staff working in the riad is so sweet and helpful. And a mega delicious abundant breakfast on the terrace to finish. No complaints. I'd love to come back 🙏🏻

We spent 4 days in the Riad. Rachid, Mou and Youssef welcomed us very well. Rachid was able to recommend fabulous places and even took care of booking for us. We also thank Samira and her delicious and varied breakfasts: fruits, homemade yogurt, local breads and pastries, eggs, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice, etc. The Riad and the rooms are beautiful, identical to the photos. It is located a stone's throw from the Place des Ferblantiers and between 5 and 10 minutes from the Place Jeema el Fna. We will be back. 😊

A beautifully restored riad in the heart of Marrakech - elegant, clean, cool, comfortable and well maintained. The main attractions and vibes of the city are within easy walking distance. Our hosts were easy to contact, responsive, friendly and solicitous. Our fantastic housekeeper arranged longer distance day trips with trusted people so that, as first-timers to Morroco, we felt safe, looked after and welcome. We were travelling with older family members who found the set up here to be a really great introduction to the remarkable Marrakech world. I would very happily return here - great hospitality.

A beautiful Riad in a great location in the heart of the medina close to souks, the secret garden and some of the best restaurants. Our room was perfect on the ground floor with a en suite on a mezzanine. It was air conditioned but in May was naturally cool at night. The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

A peaceful harbor in the heart of the medina. I only spent 1 night in this beautiful Riad, but for sure: I'll come back to that. Delicate and attentive welcome (tea and cupcakes). Dominique decorated the place with taste and beautiful materials and gave us good advice and addresses. The staff is extremely kind and present (not imposed). A huge thank you!

I recommend it! Great welcome Mary and Frank take the time to make sure everything goes well and give us advice. Very clean accommodation and although there is no air conditioning the accommodation remains rather cool (you have a fan available if ever). The riad staff are all very kind and contribute to the quality of the place. Finally, the neighborhood is a little poor but is not so badly located and you do not have to fear insecurity.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay! We were able to organize a ride to and from the airport through the Riad, including help carrying our bags between our room and the pickup/drop off point. The staff were very friendly, always responsive, and made great tea!

An incredibly beautiful riad with great location! The service was wonderful and the space spotless. We got a different room than booked, but this totally exceeded our expectations. We were positively surprised and very enthusiastic. The room was huge and luxurious. Everything was clean and welcoming. We were immediately able to feel at home. There are great restaurants nearby that always had a place for us (even without reservations). I would recommend this riad without hesitation to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech. For us, it was the best decision and the perfect choice!

The Riad was beautiful. we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good. Bed was a little hard but we still had a good sleep. We also tried their hammam (couple) and was the best! Location wise is excellent: Quiet & safe, walking distance to Koutubia Mosque, Jemaah El Fnaa Square. The staffs (younes & soumia) were friendly and accommodating to our requests, they ensured we were comfortable. Hospitality 5 stars!

I cannot give this team enough praise. Property manager Abdo and cook/maid Naima are an excellent team…helpful, communicative and kind. The team arranged the transfer from the airport for a fee and Abdo met us as the home. The location is perfect…in the middle of the Medina but quiet. The design was excellent…high quality European design with gorgeous colors, fabrics and furnishings. The unit has a hammam and massage table on bottom level…incredible…and the team will arrange for your spa treatments! The rooftop pool and deck were a joy to experience the calls to prayer and sunset views over the Medina. Indeed, coming home to this unit was the highlight of the visit to Marrakesh. Thank you for the memories!

We loved our stay in Aziz's riad ! They made us lovely breakfasts every morning which we enjoyed every single time and he even let us leave our luggage after we checked out(we came back for another night though😀) It’s a total win if you are looking for something authentic experience and traditional Moroccan style house and we can’t thank enough for Aziz’s hospitality. Again, we are so lucky to find such an awesome spot in the middle of Medina, hope everything goes well in the future guys!

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at and I can’t recommend it enough!! The riad is gorgeous, spacious, and clean as well as very centrally located to all of Marrakech’s major sites. Bahia was an amazing help and always went above and beyond for us - answering all our questions, giving us directions, printing our boarding passes, and cooking us a delicious breakfast every morning. Our visit to Marrakech would not have been the same without her. Do not hesitate to book this place!!

I don’t even know where to start. I’m a single mother traveling with my child and booked Fatima’s place very last minute due to an unexpected situation (no fault of Morocco’s!). Fatima was incredibly responsive even before I booked. We arrived a bit late, and she kindly met us as far as the taxi could go. The home is lovely—spotless, cozy, and so comfortable. The breakfasts and optional meals are absolutely delicious. Fatima and her mother made us feel like beloved family, not clients. It was exactly what we needed in that moment. When we checked out, her mother even walked us to our next destination. We ended up leaving where we were supposed to stay for the next three nights—and came right back to Fatima’s. I highly recommend staying here. I’ll be telling all my friends and family I’ve found the perfect spot in the heart of the Medina. (Super walkable, too :) ) THANK YOU, FATIMA AND MAMA ♥️ We love you both.

My stay with Yassine was great. I stayed in expensive Riads before but now I wonder why. This stay was excellent and Yassine was very kind and helpful. A big 10!

We had an incredible stay at Francois's place. It was a lovely Riad in walking distance to the Medina. The best thing about the stay was the staff. They served great food, were friendly and helped us throughout our stay. Highly recommended

This was the nicest place i stayed in morocco. Extremely clean, beautiful, reception extremely kind and helpful. Was slightly difficult to find - especially as there are 2 riad slitines in the medina. Overall excellent stay.

We had a very nice stay. We were taken to the taxi and also brought back there, everyone was always eager and took great care of ourselves. The room has everything you need, only to mention that it has no lock (but is also in the description) a little dark and very clairaudient, but did not bother us further. The location of the riad is central; we could reach everything on foot.

Our stay at this Riad was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not as guests, but as family. The Riad itself is stunning — every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending traditional Moroccan beauty with comfort and serenity. The attention to detail, the peaceful atmosphere, and the breathtaking views made it the perfect retreat. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

The place was amazing and beautiful. I would recommend it. The only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable is that in the morning when there is someone having breakfast at 7am you can hear everything and we couldn’t sleep. Other than that, it was very close to the Center and a lot of shop. So definitely a good choice.

This place was great and we loved it!!! The rooftop was amazing and Aicha was a gracious housekeeper, very accommodating and attentive, and her food was to die for! She made our stay perfect with her caring nature. We were two families of four and it was the perfect place for us to stay.

I am very happy to have chosen the Riad Excellence for our first time in Morocco. The riad is exceptionally, even more beautiful than in the pictures, the rooms are extremely clean, the linens changed every day. The breakfast included is hearty, varied, and traditional,every day it changes, we enjoyed the breakfasts. The staff is very nice, very nice, a small mention for Youssef who made our stay in this Riad exceptional, very kind, attentive, pleasant, we really appreciated it. Peaceful riad that allows you to recharge after the bustle of the medina. It is easy to access and easy to find... Very welcoming and attentive staff who allowed us to drop off our luggage while waiting for our room to continue our visits.
