We had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The location is ideal: close to shops, restaurants and the main attractions, while remaining quiet for resting. The accommodation is impeccable: very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and perfectly equipped. It immediately feels like a home away from home. Every detail is thought out for guest comfort. But what really makes the difference is the exceptional service offered. A very special mention for the housekeeper, who is very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay. Always available, attentive and very kind, she anticipates needs and ensures that everything goes well. I highly recommend this place, a real gem!

This place is beautiful and as exactly as the listing shows. Comfortable, roomy, the decor was beautiful, very clean. The roof top sitting area and pool was a lovely place to relax in the evenings or when not out. The rooms were all of a good size. Ample space in property and in a very peaceful and quiet location. The location was brilliant, not too far from the airport and yet very close to the main square and within walking distance of many shops, places to eat etc. Saida was very lovely and her breakfasts each morning were great to start the day on. Her english was poor but luckily we managed to communicate with no problems. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, I can not fault it.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Riad Liana – from the very first moment, we felt welcomed and well taken care of by Abdel, Rachida and Hannah. Every detail in the riad is thoughtfully designed, and the Moroccan decor creates a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was a dream – with views over the rooftop and the sound of the prayer call - just magic. The location was also ideal – peaceful yet close to everything. It was just a few minutes' walk to the souks, and we always felt safe walking even at night. Lunch and dinner made my Rachida was the best meals we had, make sure to try her cooking. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Riad Liana again – it was a truly unforgettable experience and one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something extra special in Marrakech!

Villa was absolutely stunning. Spacious bedrooms. Seating areas amazing and kitchen wonderful. Host was amazing and helpful. Could not have asked for anything more. We really enjoyed our stay here. The perfect stay in Marrakech. This beautiful Riad sits tucked away right off a busy street that leads you to the plaza in a 10 min walk. There are SO many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was seamless as a driver was waiting for us at the airport who drove us to the plaza then met with a man who took our luggage in a wheelbarrow to our Riad. The place is so stunning with a real feel for Marrakech. It's an open layout but all of the bedrooms have an air con unit. Fatima took care of us every single day we were so grateful for her. We scheduled dinner twice and breakfast once with her and it was some of the best meals we had during our stay. She also planned and set up at home henna and massages for us. For our departure she scheduled the luggage pick up and the taxi it was wonderful and so easy. WE LOVE YOU FATIMA. I cried leaving because of how at home this place made us feel and all of the love we felt. We will be back. Thank you so much.

The location is very good and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. To improve, the water pressure of the shower and put more pillows on the beds.

My husband and I instantly felt right at home in this beautiful villa with our 3 children aged 13, 10 and 5. We were greeted by our gracious superhost Hind and her daughter on our arrival and welcomed in to the villa. They gave us a guided tour ensuring we knew everything about the property to make our stay comfortable. Hind went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. She prepared a delicious meal for us as we arrived late in the evening. She arranged a cook to prepare lunch at a very reasonable cost and thoughtfully suggested meals she thought we would enjoy. The breakfast prepared by the onsite governess was delicious and the daily laundry service was an added bonus. The villa itself is homely yet has a beautiful and stylish aesthetic feel. The garden and pool area is beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and cosy. We were more then happy to spend our entire day at the villa and were sad to leave. Our first Air BnB experience surpassed expectations thanks to Hind!

Just AMAZING accommodation! I recommend it 1000%! Everything was clean, the duplex was perfect and the services too! Very well located and easy to access, the accommodation is safe and quiet. Great for families too. Thank you again Mehdi and Raja for your professionalism and kindness!

Exceptional stay. Anas and Emma went above and beyond to look after us! Communication was excellent from pre-booking too. We had a little baby and they took extra time to find amenities that would suit him (e.g. high chair, baby bath). Probably the nicest highlight was our wonderful and kind housekeeper Nozar and Hadijah. They made us fee so welcome, made really lovely meals and even played with our baby! (Please do ask for them if you are staying here!) Location of the Riad was great, the pool is small but warm which was perfect for us. The is the terrace is beautiful and a great place to have breakfast. Cannot recommend a stay here enough! We’ve made some brilliant memories and is arguably one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed at.

Everything was perfect! Julie and Anas were great hosts! The villa was amazing and consistent with the photos! We ate very well and the housekeeper (Fatima) was very welcoming and prepared us hearty and delicious dishes! Thanks again to all our hosts for this perfect weekend with friends! Note only (although independent of Julie and Anas), it is better to return accompanied or with several people at night!

Excellent stay, we went to discover Bab Doukkala as well as Marrakech with 2 friends, the accommodation as well as the residence is really great, nothing to complain about. Jamal and Lina were really there for us and responsive to any questions! Not to mention the staff of the residence who are adorable, the accommodation is well located, easy to access and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream! I had a wonderful stay in Marrakech, and this place was the perfect landing spot for a first-time visit. Adriano was incredibly proactive and supportive—from helping me navigate my arrival from the airport to coordinating my departure to the bus station a few days later. The space itself was full of charm, with a beautiful terrace view that made it easy to relax and take in the city. I truly felt welcomed and cared for—like I left with a new friend. Thank you, Adriano!

The hosts were really nice and responsive, they managed to face our concerns over safety at night. Breakfast were good. We love the villa, better than our expectations. We had a hood time staying there as a group of 11.

We loved our stay with Nadia. This Riad is a little gem with its three private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The rooftop terrace is ideal for ending the evening. We appreciated the calm of the place after the tumult of the busy streets of the medina. Nadia is easy to reach and responds quickly to questions. We enjoyed the breakfast prepared by Bouchra. It was very good! Don't hesitate to choose this place!

My friends and I had such a great experience staying at this place. It was a great deal with plenty of room for all 7 of us. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly and was quick to respond to any needs we had!

The villa is located 10 minutes from Jamah El Fna Square and the Marrakech Medina. Ideal location, in a quiet and peaceful property. The villa is of a human size, with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool just right for swimming with the children safely. The bedding is comfy and the kitchen is functional. Mathias was very responsive to our needs and present on site when needed. I recommend this very nice villa and its welcoming host without hesitation.

Franck's riad is so easily accessible in the medina. Plus, he was very responsive and a fantastic host. special thanks to Nizha, who cooked an amazing dinner for us, and always had lovely brekkie ready for us in the morning. Thank you so so much for making our Marralech trip so comfortable and fun!

A hidden gem! Not the easiest place to find but when you leave the busy life out on the street, it's an oasis that meets you when you open the door. A lovely mix between classic riad and stylish design. What stands out is that there are two pools, one in the courtyard and one on the roof terrace, to enjoy after a busy day at Djemaa el-Fna. To start the day in the best Moroccan way, we had a fantastic breakfast with local specialties, fruit, pancakes, eggs, freshly squeezed juice, etc., served.

We really enjoyed in the villa.
