Youness est très gentil et réactif. L’appartement est bien équipé, très jolie et très propre. L’immeuble est bien sécurisé. C’est un + d’avoir une épicerie et un restaurant juste à côté. Je recommande vraiment cette appartement!! 🥰

Todo impecable, salvo que los últimos días se sintió mucho olor a desagüe en el baño principal. Salvo esto, el alojamiento es precioso y muy bueno para alojarse.

She was a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our entire holiday. During our stay, we encountered a minor plumbing issue, which she resolved promptly and efficiently. As a kind gesture, she even offered us some delicious, authentic Moroccan treats to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, she went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Mijn man en ik mochten 4 nachten verblijven in dit geweldige appartement. Hele fijne en brandschone appartement met perfect locatie in Marrakech! Op loopafstand van plaza in Gueliz. Bij aankomst was Youssef aanwezig om ons te verwelkomen en heeft ons goed begeleid met duidelijke instructies. Wij komen zeker terug!

Le foto non rendono giustizia! Bellissimo alloggio, a pochi minuti dalla piazza principale, ma allo stesso tempo, vista la posizione strategica oasi di pace. Nell'imboccare la via per la casa si inizia a percepire il silenzio rispetto al caratteristico caos dei souk circostanti. Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 persone (due coppie) e siamo rimasti tutti molto colpiti. Un grande ringraziamento va anche a Najat, molto premurosa (mentre eravamo nel deserto si è verificato un temporale e al nostro rientro, lei si era già preoccupata di portarci al riparto lo stendino). Ci siamo lasciati coccolare al mattino dalle sue abbondanti colazioni. Luogo assolutamente pulito. Possibilità di check-in anticipato (nel nostro caso alle 11), e check-out posticipato (nel nostro caso alle 18, con possibilità di utilizzare anche bagni/doccia) senza costi aggiuntivi. Lo consiglieremo sicuramente ad altre persone! Ancora moltissime grazie sia a Mouhssine che a Najat!

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

Un havre de paix au cœur de la médina ! L’emplacement est parfait : central, à deux pas de l’effervescence des souks, mais incroyablement calme dès qu’on franchit la porte du Riad. Le lieu est décoré avec un goût exquis : un mélange subtil d’inspirations marocaines et contemporaines, jamais cliché, toujours juste. L’atmosphère est apaisante, chaleureuse et authentique. Mais ce sont surtout Fatimzahra et Simo qui ont donné toute la magie à notre séjour. Leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur discrétion, leur générosité et la qualité de nos échanges ont rendu notre semaine unique. Chaque matin, un petit déjeuner différent, généreux, savoureux, nous attendait. La cuisine de Fatimzahra est une merveille : authentique, locale, pleine de saveurs et de cœur. Ils ont été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour, toujours disponibles et bienveillants. Grâce à eux, Marrakech a eu une toute autre saveur. Aziz place was just as described. We felt right at home here. Betty was fantastic and cooked us a lovely breakfast each day and even cooked us an authentic Moroccan meal one evening. We loved how we were in the hub of Marrakech culture and learned so much. Would definitely recommend this Riad for your stay

Der Aufenthalt in dem Riad war wundervoll. Wir wurden super instruiert und der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Omar hat für uns einen Transport vom Flughafen organisiert und so war die Ankunft sehr angenehm. Super schönes Riad, sauber, gut gelegen und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.

We brought the whole family to Marrakesh for a few days, and this Riad was absolutely perfect! There were 7 of us in total, and the space was more than comfortable for everyone. Each morning, Ezra greeted us with a fresh, delicious breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch and made it easy to start our days without the hassle of finding food. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the Medina. We were just minutes away from iconic spots like Jemma el-Fnaa, Bahia Palace, and countless souks (more than we could explore in our 3-day stay!). It was the ideal home base for discovering the magic of Marrakesh. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for an authentic and convenient experience in the city!

das Team dieser Unterkunft war extrem freundlich und sehr kompetent. sowas habe ich in all den Jahren selten erlebt. Sie haben sich so super um uns gekümmert. egal was wir organisieren mussten, sie haben alles gemacht. Das Riad war einfach wunderschön optisch, ganz toll. die Lage ist perfekt! in Summe eins der besten Air BnBs die wir in all den Jahren hatten! Tausend Dank!

situation excellente dans un magnifique quartier , de très bons restaurants à 3 minutes à pieds la belle place de jema el fna à 15 minutes à pieds taxi au coin de la rue grandes chambres , grand salon tout le confort et résidence sécurisée

It’s a sanctuary in the best neighborhood in Marrackech. Facing the Yves saint laurent museum Wich is a very nice street good shops coffees spa … but also very easy to go to the Medina etc I could hear the birds from the balcony it was like a little dream and the place is really big …. The pictures doesn’t show how big it is…. It’s very modern open kitchen nice sofa to chill in the living room the beddings are very good quality. The host is very very helpful. I really recommend this place if you want to have a very comfy refuge to come back to after all your outdoors experiences 🙏🏽 Thank you Badr for making it happy for us ✨

Pour ma première expérience Airbnb au Maroc, j’ai eu beaucoup de chance de tomber sur Hajar en tant qu’hôte. Sa communication est irréprochable, et elle est d’une attention rare. Nous étions à Marrakech pendant la période de l’Aïd, et elle nous avait préparé un joli plateau avec une théière, des bouteilles d’eau à l'arrivée! L’appartement est idéalement situé dans une résidence sécurisée, avec un gardien, Hamza, très sympathique. Ce sont les petits détails qui ont vraiment fait la différence : un tapis de prière à disposition, des contacts très utiles partagés par Hajar, et un transfert à 4h du matin assuré par Abdelatif à un tarif raisonnable. ( contact partagé sur le guide) Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter ! Un grand merci encore à toi, Hajar !
