5 Cinque Terre, Lerici

New apartment located in an Unesco protected nature park in the town called Lerici. The sea and park view from the apartment is magnificent. Lerici is a very attractive and charming coastal town at the Golfo dei Poeti close to nice tourist attractions such as Cinque Terre, Portovenerre, Parma, Genoa, Portofino, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Forte Dei Marmi, etc. The apartment has a private entrance, private terrace, private garden and access to the communal garden with 2 separate swimming pools.

The Tower

Lovely little house in the heart of Lerici. Situated in the oldest part of town next to the Castle, it has a view of the islands and Portovenere. The entrance to the house is through a garden, and to get there one can walk multiple paths through the oldest streets in the village, or take the public lift that takes you to the castle place. A quiet area, with two balconies, and a few minutes from shops, restaurants or the ferries that goes to the Cinque terre, Portovenere and Tellaro.

The two-room apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and is equipped with a kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a washing machine. It has an outdoor courtyard with a wooden table and chairs and a barbecue, so you can dine outside and enjoy the cool air on the hottest days. The bedroom has 2 single beds. Our apartment is located in the village of Pugliola, a few minutes from the center of Lerici. Our area is very quiet and served by free shuttle buses (green line) to and from the center of Lerici and the main beaches in the area. In the village, you will find a bar, a restaurant, and a small deli. We provide a map of the trails in the area. The accommodation tax from April 1, 2024 will be 4 euros per person for a maximum of 5 nights to be paid upon arrival at the property in cash.
