C'est au rendez de chaussée du château de Mimont à flan de mont que nous vous proposons un appartement original ( entrée indépendante) par sa vue exceptionnelle, le tout dans un parc arboré avec de rares essences et une forêt de plusieurs hectares. Le logement est fonctionnel, tout équipé, idéal pour un week-end au vert ou encore un endroit sympa qui change de l'hôtel pour travailler randonnée, tennis, ping-pong, natation ( attention piscines non chauffées et donc fermées de septembre à avril)

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Linens and towels are included. on request we can make available a travel cot and high chair The house is located on the main street of the village with all the shops (bakery, butcher shop, restaurant, tobacco shop, grocery store...) within a 5-minute walk. Parking is on the sidewalk in front of the house or for free on the street.
