Excellent communication and both Carlos and Victor are always attentive. They were always in communication to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Carlos was always attentive, especially because unfortunately the weather did not favor us much during our visit, however everything we needed was resolved. The house had an excellent view and a very nice pool. Everything is very tidy and with all the necessary amenities and requirements to be able to eat and have a great time. The house is definitely highly recommended.

The facilities and apartment are in perfect condition: everything is very clean, tidy and amazing. However, I would like to point out an uncomfortable situation that I experienced on Thursday 12 in the main food palapa. A waiter - tall, with curly hair and a robust complexion (in fact, the only one with those characteristics) - had a rude attitude. I asked for help to put up a parasol, explaining that I was with my dad in a wheelchair, and her response was negative and very unempathetic. He even whipped the umbrella tube, justifying that it could not be used due to the weather conditions, although clearly there were other tables with umbrellas in use. I think it's important that staff are trained to treat people with respect and sensitivity, especially when there is someone with a disability. Thank you for everything.

A beautiful place, with good access to the sea. Great hosts, and a very warm atmosphere The only thing would be that the internet does not arrive very well, and some appliances like microwave or an oven are needed. But to disconnect and be enjoying 100 of the place with your partner is ideal

One of the best experiences. We would definitely come back. Very comfortable, very familiar. The weather didn't favor us to be on the beach. But that was reason to enjoy the comfortable stay of the house. 10 out of 10

The stay was pleasant for the whole family, just be careful in the rooms as we found a scorpion. Wilson told us that they had fumigated but since they are building next door, they sneak in from there. Everything else was very good. Wilson recommended where to eat and the contact to bring us things from the store. Thank you for the stay.

We spent some sensational days in Troncones. The house, amenities, cleanliness, and space were just what we needed. We were a family of 9 so the place was more than enough for us. Eric is very attentive to messages I attend to my questions and Jonathan was exceptional in responding to messages. I would return to this place without any problem. She some comments that lack space for large groups, or that the entrance to the beach was not very good and the truth is that for all my family everything worked perfect, my 75-year-old mother was able to go several times to the beach alone from the house without any problem, although if you have to be careful because the last steps are made of unfinished stone and are not level. Like if they put on a rail thinking of our loved ones of the elderly, it would be phenomenal. We hired a local family to cook for us and the truth is that it went very well - fresh food and local seasoning. Thank you for everything Jonathan and Eric.
