Holiday rentals with breakfast in Guerrero

I definitely recommend staying in this lovely home! Miroslava was a big help! From a month before we were in contact and recommended places to eat and services available by her employees. I also leave very nice details in the house! Totally great surprise to have so much attention from you!

Excellent property, it totally matches the description and photographs, the staff is great, very kind. The house and facilities could be renovated but they are functional.

The photos match as with the place, it is a huge fifth with very good distribution, a lot of privacy and tranquility, close to local businesses; a little maintenance is missing in the bathrooms since the hot water runs out very quickly, and an additional bathroom would be great for common use, since there are only 3 bathrooms one in each room; the attention of the América and Mary girls is unbeatable, I recommend hiring them if you want to rest and carefree of everything. Diana the host is very kind, any questions or needs respond immediately, great attention.

A group of friends and I rented both of Elisabeth’s adjacent penthouses in Punta Ixtapa. The two apartments are located in a secured and beautifully maintained gated community, literally 1 minute walk from a wonderful beach. Check-in went smooth, Yessy (the house-keeper) and some porters helped us with the luggage. Both appartements (which can be rented each separately or together) are beautifully decorated and the photos are all accurate. Yessy is also an incredible cook and has spoiled us with wonderful breakfasts a la carte, late lunches or dinners. For a little surcharge, Elisabeth also secured us access to the private beach-club, where we could lay on sundecks, splash in various pools, access the sea at four other beaches, and have drinks etc. we were able to order any Food from the Beach Club menus which were delivered to our Penthouses. I went jogging (easy 10 miles route away from traffic) or exercised in the property’s gym. Thank you for making this an unforgettable stay!

Excellent accommodation for a few days of rest on the beach. The description is consistent with the place, very nice and comfortable, excellent communication with the host and the pools 10/10. I just don't recommend having the sofa bed as it's not very comfortable, it's better to bring an inflatable mattress and that solves it. Thank you for your excellent service, Oscar 👍

Very good hospitality, the host is always attentive to any questions. And very close to the center of Cuautla (10 minutes).

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive, kept the place very clean provided breakfast, even going as far as to let us know when the pancakes were hot so we could enjoy them! The beachfront access was a big plus, and the walk to town was reasonable. There is also a small store across the street. The surfboards were for a small fee for the day but we didn't end up using them because we were not confident with the rip tide. We were able to go in the water, but stuck to the sandbars and where the rip was less strong. If you have 3 people, they will add a twin bed to the room. The whole place had maybe 6 rooms so was very quiet.

We came my partner, my dog and I for 4 nights. We sleep perfect, the breakfast is very rich and you can find everything you need to have a good vacation. The sea is 2 minutes away, but we who prefer privacy, had to travel a couple of kilometers by car to get to another part of the beach. They have chairs and umbrella that you can use. The spaces are very cozy, with many plants and the staff were very friendly. I hope to be back soon! Thank you very much for your hospitality :)

The breakfast was more than expected! Fun and funky space. Laura was very personable and greets and chats with guests, giving great recommendations.

Had a wonderful stay. The location was amazing. Beautiful beach out front. Quiet. Beautiful pool. Resturants with in walking distance although a bike or car would make more accessible. Bikes are available to rent locally which is really fun.
