Il se compose d'une seule pièce chambre/salon/bureau, d'un coin cuisine séparé et d'une pièce fermée salle de bain/WC. Il est lumineux, rénové en 2021 et entièrement équipé : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four/micro-ondes, frigo, congélateur, machine à café Nespresso, vaisselle, wifi (fibre)...
