Holiday rentals with breakfast in Guidonia Montecelio

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

We stayed for one night in Stefania's house and the experience was really pleasant. The apartment is taken care of in every detail, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful host, ready to meet every need. The only small aspect to consider is parking, which can be a bit complicated in the area, but of course it is not something that depends on them. In any case, the stay was excellent and we recommend it with pleasure!

Stayed at Madelyn’s place for a week and was great, the house was neat when we arrived, the metro/bus stop was a 5 min walk from the house, there were nice restaurants/gelateria and even the LIDL supermarket around. The house was compact but worked perfectly for me and my boyfriend as we felt at home. Enjoyed every moment!!! Thanks Madelyn :)

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place is very charming and the kitchen looks out to a beautiful courtyard with tons of greenery. The bed was quite comfortable also! We were able to walk to do all the sightseeing on our bucket list and enjoy some restaurants close to home! I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Rome!

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

Easily connected to public transport. Fulvio was super helpful throughout our entire stay. We appreciated the view from the kitchen and the large rooms. I would recommend.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at La Dimora del Borgo in Fiumicino. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful layover. Cristina’s service was exceptional from start to finish. She went above and beyond, arranging a smooth airport transfer both ways with Raffaele and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her warmth and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone needing a convenient and charming stay near the airport!

We enjoyed our stay ! The area was very walkable, close to the metro, we felt safe walking even in the early morning and after dark. The apartment was well decorated and very comfortable. We would stay here again while visiting Rome.

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.

The accommodation has charm, is easily accessible by public transport and is generously sized. We felt comfortable from the first moment. Francesco and his wife made us feel welcome. We would come back.

The stay with Carlo was perfect. The room is cozy, and the cleanliness is extremely impeccable. The wonderful region, with good food around if you don't want to go to the center of Rome, but if you want public transport, it's 5 minutes from the accommodation. A wonder.

It was a great room with a bathroom nice and tidy, everything just like in the photos, on the TV set youtube and netflix. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet near many restaurants. Tickets left on the dresser under the TV for a free Italian breakfast in a nearby cafe (sweet baked goods, coffee, juice).

A great place in a perfect location! Within a few minutes we were at the Colosseum - it couldn't be better. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Riccardo was very helpful and had great tips for getting there and for our city trip. We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the place!

We had a great stay! It was close to transportation and all the sites we wanted to see. There are great restaurants nearby. The street is not too loud which was great. It was easy to check in with clear instructions. Responses were a little delayed but she always responded when we needed her! Emanuela was very flexible with our check in and helpful with bag storage as well.

Andrea surpassed our expectations by being generous of his time and his knowledge of Rome. He was so helpful and kind to us. We are two sisters who had the most beautiful adventures and we felt safe and guided through our stay. Being at a walking distance from the metro made it so much easier to get around.
