The most amazing weekend in the most beautiful house! We loved every second of our weekend. So much to do including the swimming pool, games room, tennis courts and lovely walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. We can't recommend this house enough. Stunning property. Anne was so lovely and let us arrive a little earlier to put food in the fridge on a very hot day. She also extended our checkout time which gave us extra time in the lovely grounds. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Anne. Wonderful weekend.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. We had a great stay here for a getaway weekend - Fiona was super friendly, gave good recommendations for walks, pubs etc and left us to it. The guest house is a great size with everything you need and in perfect condition. Location was beautiful with great scenery and walks especially when the sun was out. Overall would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

This was our second stay here and once again was a wonderful place to stay. So clean, tidy and welcoming. Rachel was always to happy to help answer any questions we had. There was even tea and coffee available and milk in the fridge when we arrived! We look forward to returning next year!

Absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the hot tub was brilliant! The lodge had everything we needed and Gogos restaurant is phenomenal right on the doorstep 🙂 just ensure you mention the lodge no so your discount comes off the bill because we didn’t, and booking is essential at weekends for breakfast or dinner, it gets very busy.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb, and couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. The interior of the house is absolutely lovely, with tasteful decor that makes you feel right at home the moment you step inside. Every room is thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its so nice! Parking was a breeze, with a space available right outside. This made it incredibly convenient, especially after long days of exploring the area. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hosts were truly exceptional. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The welcome pack was so nice and thoughtful. Loved the stay and will definitely return.

I had a lovely stay for my birthday. Ryan provided everything we needed to know about the property beforehand and it was nice and clean.

Really personalized and individual space in a beautiful and serene setting. A great place to escape to. We had a wonderful time and were delighted to find a well stocked kitchen including fresh bread and a few other treats when we arrived. Definitely recommend.

The place was lovely, in an ideal location and was perfect for what we needed! Bedroom was very spacious, modern facilities and was within walking distance of Arundel. Would happily stay again and recommend to others.

Tom's place is absolutely beautiful. A stunning town house with very high spec kitchen and bathroom and comfy bedrooms. V tastefully decorated and in the heart of the town. Tom was super helpful and friendly. He even posted my glasses that I left there back to me!!! Highly recommend 👌

Ricky was a great host and outlined all the relevant information we could need before we arrived. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the place was spotless. Really appreciated the small amenities like coffee, milk, towels, hair dryer etc. The shower was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was round the corner from the train station but also the road the house is on was still quiet, well apart from the seagulls but it is Brighton 😅 House was a nice temperature, everything worked, WiFi worked great. Decor was tasteful and uncluttered, the little outdoor patio area was cute. Really can’t fault anything at all.

We had a lovely stay in Ruth's cottage, we have no complaints. The area was central to what we wanted to do and the cottage itself is lovely and cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped and has a dishwasher, which we found a welcome surprise, who wants to wash up on holiday? The bedrooms are comfortable with blackout blinds, we all slept well, but there is a road outside so if you are a light sleeper or have children perhaps the back bedroom would suit them more. We particularly enjoyed using the snug, where a few games of chess were played. There are lots of board games to choose from. This is our first time using an airbandb, we found the whole experience good and we shall use again, but I doubt we will be able to come back to Ruth's cottage as we think it will book up really quickly! Thanks for a lovely stay.

We booked Pete's place for 8 days and enjoyed our stay there. Set amid great countryside the place is just nice for 2. Probably my only complaint is that due to the trees around the property it can be a bit dark, but that said I would highly recommend it. Thanks Pete for always being helpful and at the same time leaving us alone.

Had a fantastic few days at Nest Cottage. The cottage was exactly, if not better than described. It was easy to find, check in was simple and the cottage perfect and very comfortable. Aside from one day of poor weather, we loved exploring the West Sussex area, with Arundel and Bosham being particular favourites. There are many places to eat and relax, although you may need to plan ahead as a lot of pubs and restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We loved The Pig as always great food and relaxing environment, The Swan in Arundel for good pub food and service, and the Squire & Horse in Bury, although be sure to be hungry when you visit the latter as the portions are not for the feint hearted (The food is great quality too). Lots of places both local and a little further afield for walking, and the cottage contains a lot of possible routes and recommendations. A thoroughly enjoyable short break.
