Located in the heart of the city, 400 m from the SNCF train station, 10 min walk from the Prorel cable car departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden. Garden furniture. Very nice view.

This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30 min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. Pavilion of the Guard of the Porte d'Embrun

Former Warden's Pavilion, located in Fort Vauban de Mont-Dauphin, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008 at the entrance to the Queyras and Briançonnais valleys. Close to the Lac de Serre-Ponçon, ski resorts such as Risoul and Vars. The dwelling is composed of two independent dwellings, the listing concerns the top one, the bottom one is not rented.
