Logement de 150 M2 dans une résidence au centre du Guilvinec , à 700m de la plage. Entièrement rénové en 2024. Dans un cadre très calme, il dispose d'un jardin privé de 1000m2. D'une piscine privative, chauffée et sécurisée ,et traité au sel ( pas de chlore ) , d'une grande terrasse de 190m2, et d'une véranda . Ouvert de avril a mi-octobre. Le reste de l'année et seulement un jacuzzi est disponible. Il offre de beaux espaces, et de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un agréable séjour .

Brittany as you dreamed of it! It is an old fisherman's house that we have just rebuilt and which will be the place of your unforgettable vacation! Overlooking the beach of Men meur, it will allow you to go swimming, or fishing or go to the market on foot, or to the port to pick up your langoustines that the fishing boats have just dropped off, or to take long walks by bike or on foot along the coast... or simply do nothing but admire the ocean right in front of you!
