On the main floor, our versatile bonus room is equipped with a queen/single bunk bed combo and a cozy TV lounge area — ideal for kids, teens, or an additional couple thanks to the full queen bottom bunk. It also has its own private ensuite bathroom. Sonia, our gracious caretaker, prepares a delicious breakfast each morning and keeps the house effortlessly tidy around your schedule — always with fresh towels at the ready. She lives in her own completely separate apartment beneath the house, with a private entrance — ensuring your privacy is fully preserved at all times. After years of being an Airbnb guest in Nosara we found the perfect spot. Our house is located as close as you can get to beach while also being close to restaurants (but not too close where you get tourist congestion and noise). Everything in this house revolves around the oversized pool. You will be plunging in and out all day and have dinner beside its shimmering lights. The house is modern, clean and safe (gated and monitored by security). Everything you need for the perfect, easy stay!
