La Lanterne is a bright and light-filled loft type cottage (50 m2) located in beautiful grounds of a large house on the banks of the Seine at Tournedos-sur-Seine (a quiet village four kms from Le Vaudreuil/Val-de-Reuil). The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. We welcome you in an outbuilding, old bread oven. We are located in a charming village close to all amenities (10 min drive from St Marcel, Vernon or Gaillon and the motorway A13 that connects Paris - Rouen). Tourist sites and leisure activities are nearby (within 20km radius): Monet's House in Giverny, Bizy Castle in Vernon, La Roche Guyon, the Eure Valley, canoeing, golf, horse riding, aquatic centers, hiking ...

In a pretty village, near Giverny, at the bottom of the garden, you will find a small one-story house with blue shutters, ideal for a peaceful and bucolic stopover. At the gates of Normandy; easy access to A13 towards Rouen or Paris. Train station in Vernon or Gaillon. In the village; small friendly bar that offers bread and croissant delivery in the morning to order. (every day except Monday)
