Tiny cottage in the countryside!

We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

Independent accommodation

This charming accommodation is close to the town center of Folgoët and Lesneven (800 m from the city center), 12 minutes from Keremma beach. A large supermarket and various shops are close by. It consists of a 14 m² bedroom with a dressing room, sink and shower and a kitchen-WC room and small living room. You have access to the house's closed parking lot, as well as the garden and wooden terrace. The space is completely independent of the house.

You'll love my place because of its original decor, its location in 5 minute walk to the beach and quiet. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and the furry friends, the garden being enclosed. Extra bed sheets and towels Packages of 15.00 euros for 2 people and 5 euros per extra person Electricity and water are extra, house equipped with a heat pump for heating.

Unique countryside cottage

Gîte de Kerdiez. This cottage was made entirely by us , it took us 6 years to create a place that totally suits us. We are very happy to introduce you to this little corner of paradise. The cottage is surrounded by our "Brittany moorland" sheep, peacocks, horses and three goats. The hamlet is composed of seven Breton houses from the 1900s.
