The house is very functional and very comfortable with a half-vintage half-street decor. Being a fan of the doc Exit throught the gift shop, we loved it! As for the large terrace with tropical elegance, it invites you to read the wide choice of graphic novels and beautiful books on offer… The garden mixes local flora and diverse plantations, some of which are edible. Beaches are accessible by nearby bike paths. In short, a very original address that we recommend.

Extremely pleasant stay, very well-equipped accommodation, very close to the pool with everything you need for daily life (bakery, shops) very quiet neighborhood. Odile is attentive and very responsive. We are delighted and will be happy to come back!

Really lovely host who took good care of hosting us and took it to heart that we were comfortable! Perfectly embodies the original idea of the service, which is to offer passing visitors their own home. You feel like you're invited into the home of someone who has lived there and whose decor reflects their tastes and personalities, not a standardized place like a hotel without life and history. We'll come back because it's on genuine people like them that we can rely!

We had a very comfortable stay chez Catherine’s. The place was super well appointed, ultra clean and everything worked well. We stayed with our adult son and adult niece and we all felt we had space enough for privacy but also to share meals and time together in the common areas. The poolside deck was lovely as was the living room. I would definitely book again if ever in Bordeaux. Thanks Catherine!!

Eric was able to greet us and help us with our luggage into the apartment. He was very friendly and showed us everything inside and answered any questions that we had. The apartment was in a great part of the town and within walking distance to most things. There was a tram and boat stop just 3 minutes down the street if you needed to travel farther. We had a pleasant stay at La Teste de Buch in Catherine's accommodation which is very well-equipped. There was what you needed in terms of basic products and it was a real plus. In addition, some games and stuffed and snowshoes for children and the must two adult bikes we rented only 2 children bikes! The kids loved the Arcachon basin and especially rolling on the Dunes Pyla and fishing for crab 🦀 at tide based on Cap Ferret

We enjoyed our stay at the studio apartment, it was in a beautiful and quiet area, but also easy walking distance to the centre of Bordeaux. Sandra had very helpful instructions and recommendations for local activities and places to eat! We appreciated the thoughtful breakfast supplies -thank you.

A beautiful place to stay. The garden and pool that surround the house are lovely and peaceful. The house is cool, peaceful and beautifully furnished. The summer kitchen is perfect for preparing a lunch or light dinner if you don’t want to eat out. Marine and Andre are incredible hosts, they were really responsive before the holiday helping me arrange a wine tasting at a local vineyard and were so welcoming once we arrived. The breakfast every morning was beautifully prepared and presented, and weather permitting eating it in the garden was a highlight of the stay. I could not recommend it highly enough, I wish we didn’t have to leave.

Everything is cute.... We had a great time despite the bad weather at the end of the season. The house is very warm and welcoming. Dominique and her husband are adorable... We'll be sure to come back. Thanks for everything.

Nicolas and Emilie are great hosts. We had a wonderful stay. The premises are great (and very clean) and the vegetation gives a lot of charm. You immediately feel like you're on vacation. And at the same time, everything is done to make you feel at home with a clever mix of friendliness and respect for everyone's privacy. Absolutely all the comforts and necessities within reach. Impeccable bedding (as proof, my wife is very sensitive in the back and woke up every morning without any pain, it makes all the difference). A cute little dog that kept our daughter busy. We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming French guesthouse! Our hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to share great tips and recommendations about the area. The view was absolutely stunning, and the pool area was beautiful – we really enjoyed spending time there. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, with no shortage of coffee. We loved the fresh eggs from the local chickens, who were surprisingly friendly and curious themselves! The house is located in a lovely little village that’s good for peaceful walks, and we were even offered complimentary electric bikes, which was a fantastic bonus. There are also several great restaurants just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy the local cuisine. Overall, a warm, cozy, and very hospitable place to stay – we highly recommend it!
