Wonderful stay! The location was great—just minutes from the beach and close to great restaurants. The house was as described: clean, comfortable and everything we needed. The host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This house was adorable! Loved the decor - cute touches and uncluttered throughout. Drawers/cabinets were clearly labeled and there were all sorts of things there that you might have forgotten- even hair ties! Bed was comfortable. Whole place was cozy and comfy- I didn’t want to leave! Tons of great recommendations in the guest book by the front door. I wholeheartedly recommend this home!

We stayed for Memorial day Weekend 2025 and we loved it. The place was clean, very well kept, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great location near the beach and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive far. Lamai, the host, was very friendly and communicative—you can tell she truly wants you to enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

This house was spotless, organized and had a loaded kitchen! It is in a amazing location near the beaches and the house came loaded with beach equipment. I would love to come back. Birute was very helpful with us and responsive in timely manner Thansk for all!

We loved the pool and hot tub. Ben was very responsive when I asked about if there was a speaker we could use and he dropped one off at the front door within minutes. Great location and price was reasonable. We would Definately stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this adorable cottage. We had everything we needed in the house and more. It was very clean and in a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable. My favorite part was the screened in back porch, so peaceful! Betsy was a great host. We would highly recommend you to stay here! We will definitely be back in the future.

My wife and I had a great time at this stay. Lots to do at the house along with great beaches and restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. The house was clean and had everything that you might need. We were able to drive to Disney in just over an hour and a half which provided a different experience to go along with the daily beach/pool trips. Cool AC inside to combat the humid 88 degree weather in June 2025.

The stay was in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed spending time at the pool there. The house was clean and free of clutter. When we had issues with the AC, Melissa responded right away and worked hard to fix the issue immediately. She refunded us the night as we stayed at a hotel with the house at 80. The AC got fixed the next day and we stayed our final night. Thanks Melissa for all your help making for a great stay.

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home just 10 minutes from Siesta Key. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed; the pool, boat dock, games, comfy beds, and a great TV setup. Everything was perfect. Jennifer was an amazing host as well; very responsive, respectful, and friendly. You can tell she puts a lot of care into keeping the place clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

This property was fantastic! Located in a great spot near shopping and restaurants, it made exploring Siesta Keys so convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, a large cooler with wheels, and a cart with wheels—perfect for days at the beach! We absolutely loved the patio and pool area; it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Siesta Keys and would definitely stay here again on our next trip. Truly a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Shelly and Steven’s beach house! The home is beautifully modern, clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing family getaway. We especially loved the backyard pool and how close everything was—walking distance to shops and just a short drive to the beach. It was perfect for our family, including our toddler. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Tim’s place! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Tim was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, and I felt right at home. I would definitely rent it again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Sarasota!

Over all the house was great and Trysten was very responsive with any questions I had. The pool was nice, house was clean, furniture was comfortable, probably the best beds I’ve ever had at an air bnb. The layout of the house was a bit of a surprise it’s not an open floor plan (with kids I do like to see an open view from the bedroom to kitchen) but everything was spacious! The out door area by the pool was one of the nicer setups. We stay in the same area every time we visit Florida and I cannot recommend it enough! Quiet, peaceful, you feel safe, and it’s close to the beach and great restaurants!

Such a clean and comfortable home with a lovely pool and screened room. Very quiet and relaxing. Easy to get around the area with many restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. Bonus that the beach is only a short drive away. Edwine was a very thoughtful and helpful host. Would definitely not hesitate staying again. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure through the entire process.Unfortunately we had an emergency and weren’t able to stay,but the check in and communication was fantastic.Would definitely rent again

My husband stayed for a work conference and was very happy with the place. Unfortunately, the air conditioner broke down the first day he was there. Olga and her husband were on it right away and kept in contact about repairs and when they would happen. You can’t always predict or help it when something breaks down. But the excellent communication made everything better and once it was repaired, he enjoyed the place even more. We would return!

The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in great shape and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was squeaky clean down to the vacuum lines in the sofa. If you plan to make a trip to the beach, they have provided beach chairs, umbrella, football, sunblock, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would recommend anyone visiting Sarasota to check this place out. Definitely 5 stars!!!

My family and I had a great time! The house was spacious and very clean! Michelle and Melissa were AWESOME at communicating. They responded immediately.The only drawback of the house was that pool is not heated. It was April so the water was cold but I'm sure the heater isn't needed other times of the year. The house is in a cute and quiet neighborhood. It is only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Spring Break success !

We had such a wonderful stay! Kathleen was incredibly responsive and communicative from start to finish, which made everything feel smooth and easy. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed—and then some! From kitchen essentials to beach gear, games, and even supplies for the kids like markers and paper, every little detail was thought of. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very enjoyable—perfect for relaxing. The home was both pet-friendly and kid-friendly, which was such a relief for our family of five (plus a dog and a cat!). Everything was clean, tidy, and there was plenty of comfortable sleeping space for all of us. The location was also fantastic—close to everything we wanted to do without ever feeling too busy or loud. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a thoughtful, well-equipped, and peaceful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for our son's sporting event for several days. It was exactly as described and more. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many "extras" that we do not usually experience in other rental properties. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supples, spices, coffee, and more (better than any rental we've stayed in). There is not one negative thing I can say about this place or the host. Honorata was extremely responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated as we needed to drop our luggage and go to an event. The location was great, a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you Honorata and Conrad for a lovely stay!

5 stars for the location and proximity to everything Sarasota has to offer. The hot / cold water cooler and teas and coffee was nice to have. There’s room for improvement, ie front door and lanai couches but great find overall.

Nancy responds, efficiently. She has beach supplies, which makes packing easier and a peaceful lounge area. Very close to the beach.
