Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

This was our second time staying at your condo. Once again, we really enjoyed ourselves. We really appreciated the fact that you had two regular beach chairs for us to use. We had a wonderful time once again. Everything was just perfect.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here, everything was very clean and organized. We had everything we needed there nothing more, nothing less. The location to turn into the parking lot comes up fast so make sure to pay attention or you'll miss it. The beach is just across the street and a crosswalk is just a few steps away. We'd love to stay here again if we have the opportunity.

The place was great. The balcony is amazing. The views are gorgeous. Very close to town. Maria is an excellent host! I’ve slept on a better bed. I tried both, the other bed is two beds pushed together to make a king. Wasn’t terrible just not the best. Master room gets bright early.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

We felt very comfortable in the room and happy hanging by the river. A perfect place for visiting family or fishing / kayaking. Truly beautiful and will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you!

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. The house was clean and had everything you needed to make you feel as if you were at your own home. The pool was great. The house was in a perfect location to anything you’d need, restaurants, stores etc. 15 minutes from the beach which was awesome. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

This was among the most beautiful and well-appointed Airbnbs that we’ve had the pleasure of staying in! Our trip was centered around a family 60th birthday celebration and this was such a lovely backdrop for our gathering. Our primary plans were to enjoy the sunrises and gorgeous outdoor area, cooking meals on the grill and enjoying them by the pool with a view of the intercoastal waterway. As such, when we arrived to find that the grill wasn’t working properly, we were disappointed. We communicated with our host about the grill the day after our arrival, and received an immediate response. However, it ultimately required back and forth texts (some at our initiation due to not receiving an update) and three days until the handyman graciously brought over his grill to loan us. Something we learned from this trip is the importance of communicating to your hosts what it is about their place that is most important to your stay—and perhaps we should have checked on the grill specifically.

Stayed here for the national rowing competition for one week. The place is lovely - very clean, the complex is nice & the pool is great. It was a perfect location for us - halfway between the race course where we needed to be every day and close to downtown. The beach wasn’t far either and I liked the location and the complex very much. We felt safe and it was pretty quiet and peaceful. The owner is responsive and detail oriented with how to check in, get into the unit, etc. I would stay here again.

This home was just as described, beautiful, clean, all the amenities you would need plus some! Beds are super comfy and each room has extra linens if needed. Sandra is very responsive and very nice. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Florida.

We had a very good time at Siesta Key and enjoyed our time at Maureen's place. The building is older, the amenities are well maintained and the condo itself is well cared for. I did find some mystery stains on the mattress and the decorative pillows in my room, but I'm guessing they are just spills that were difficult to get out. More importantly, the boat dock is usable, albeit with some difficulty if the boat is larger than 22 feet or so. We figured out on the second day that the best way to dock was parallel to the intracoastal between the posts and to tie off with lines on either side of the stern and with a single line on the bow. I would check ahead to make sure the dock is available, but we had no other boats docked there on a holiday weekend. The private beach access was a lifesaver on a holiday weekend, despite the short walk required to get there. Having both intracoastal and beach access is the biggest value of the place in my opinion.

My daughter and I stayed for a mother daughter girls trip and had a blast! They made sure to take care of every little detail to make you feel comfortable and at home. Even checking in and making sure we made it ok. It was very clean and the location was amazing. Easy to get around on the trolly if we didn't want to drive and literally steps away from the beautiful white sand and clear turquoise beach. Do yourself a favor and book the trip!

We loooved it here! The space was perfect for our family. I cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was convenient to grocery stores and walking distance to local restaurants and ice cream shops. The trolley stop is right at the resort so very convenient free rides to downtown Siesta Key was one of the highlights of our trip. We also grilled in the back of the resort by the bay which was nice! Oak trees all around. The pool was perfect temp. The fob didn’t work for one of the gates but there were three others we were able to get in without issue. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. The ONLY issue we had was from the pics on the original post it appeared the walk to the closest public beach access was 2 min but it was actually 15. In the Florida heat that was rough but we pushed through! Oh and last thing, the scooters were a hit with everyone in our family. So much fun! 😆 Thank you so much for giving us an amazing stay!!

The place was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed and overall quiet surroundings. The beach was very close and easily walkable even with children which was a plus! Great place and great location!

The place was great! Very well stocked kitchen, bathroom and even had beach stuff available for use. Location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants.

2nd floor condo across the street from the beach. Condo felt just like home. Was able to cook breakfast and dinner most days when didn’t go out for restaurants. Was able to make coffee in the morning and enjoyed the courtyard view on the patio. Community is gated with security and they are always driving around making sure the rules are followed. Beach was incredible. Beach attendant supplied chairs and we used the condo supplied umbrella for shade. Lots of options for transportation around. Was a very relaxing experience! We had an amazing vacation. Two pools, hot tub, pickleball court, gym, and private beach access made it all worth it. The walk to the beach was about 5-10 minutes, but we had free beach loungers provided and it was a quiet area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Great location if you don’t mind a 40 minute walk to the village or a quick 5 minute drive. Overall, worth the price and we were very pleased with our stay.
