Juan Carlos is an extraordinary host. The way that he cares for others is what hospitality is all about. Also, WOW best coffee in town!! This is an amazing place to stay central to everything and easy walk to the beach.

Muy limpio el lugar, fácil de llegar, no tuvimos ningún problema, el anfitrión respondía rápido los mensajes, excelente lugar.

Amazing house and host

I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My bed was really comfy and the room was nicer then the pictures showed. The owner, his family and the other guest were fun to be around. We had an occasional line for the coffee maker when I finally managed to get up, but it was really nice to have other like minded travelers around to compare notes with. There's a little fish market a few houses up that had great fresh fish and a little market on the other side of the street a block away for tortillas, eggs and avocados and other small things for cooking. I suggest ear plugs for some of the evening and morning noises but I have no complaints and look forward to staying there again.

La ubicación está excelente, a solo unos pasos del malecón, restaurantes, bares y todo a la mano. La calidad-precio está perfecto. La anfitriona siempre al pendiente y muy amable.

Fantastic host family, with a location central to La Ventana. Right next to playa central and so easy to access a good launch, as well as restaurants and other services. I’d stay there again for sure and, like any place near there, would definitely remember my earplugs. ¡Muchísimas gracias a Juan David y su familia!

Español/Spanish Es el perfecto escape turístico o de negocios. Me la pase muy a gusto durante un fin de semana, muy limpio y cómodo; cuenta con lo esencial de una estancia: baño, cama y refrigeración. Betty y su hija Samantha te hace sentir para de su familia, es muy fácil llevar a cabo conversaciones placenteras con ellas hasta sus riquísimos desayunos y no se diga el café. Además, te dan recomendaciones de los puntos típicos (locales) de la ciudad para ir a conocer y/o comer; y te puede echar la mano y llevarte a esos lugares. English/Inglés It’s the perfect getaway business or pleasure. I had a great time during the weekend, very clean and comfortable; has the essentials of a perfect stay: shower, bedroom and a/c. Betty and her daughter Samantha makes you feel part of their family, it is very easy to carry out wonderful conversations with them, not to mention there delicious breakfasts and gourmet coffee. They perfectly know the city very well and could guide you to well-known (local) spots and/or eateries; and give you a ride to those places.

Mi estancia fue muy agradable, ya que el lugar contaba con todas las amenidades necesarias, como lavadora y secadora, lo cual fue muy práctico. El departamento tenía dos habitaciones: una amplia y cómoda, y otra más compacta, ideal para dormir. La vista desde el lugar era excelente, realmente un punto a destacadar. Además, a pesar de ser una fecha concurrida, los elevadores nunca se saturaban, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más placentera.

We really enjoyed staying at Jovanny's place. Great location on Sandy Beach. Resort and nearby area were all great. Good price and an ocean view from the balcony. Quick 3-5 min walk to the beach. Jovanny was great with communication. Stayed in touch to make sure we checked in with no issues and that our stay was going well. Very quick responses. We recommend this place!

We really enjoyed staying at Jovanny's place. It was very comfy, tv and Wi-Fi was great. My daughter and Hubby were so happy that they were able to watch the soccer games with no problems. And as family with college students, we were happy with the great wi-fi!! We loved that it was close to beach and definitely so much room! The only thing that we were not happy with, and this may not matter much to other people, was the pots and pans. We like to make our own meals sometimes, but the pots and pans were so damaged, it was impossible to make a decent meal. Not even a good knife to chop vegetables or fruit! But overall, we loved the condo and would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Jovanny, for a great vacation.
