My children and I loved the place. Easy access and arrival. Super quiet place and very clean. Soraya the hostess, always attentive to our needs. We feel at home and of course we will return. We were fascinated!! ;)

Yoshy was a GREAT host. He was available at all times as needed. We experienced a little hiccup and Yoshy did everything within his power to make things right. Yoshy went above and beyond. As we all know things can occur whenever and Yoshy handled our situation very well and professionally. Yoshy place is amazing and very clean makes you feel at home. Minutes away from the beach (walking distance). Mannys Beach House is right there. Very fun atmosphere. Some of us within our group were first timers to Rocky Point and they loved their experience. We will definitely be going back and if Yoshy’s place is available we will gladly stay there again. Thank you very much Yoshy for being such a GREAT host! 🤗

Gorgeous place! The pictures don’t do it justice. Ample space in every room. We loved every inch of it. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared. More amenities than expected, a/c everywhere including the elevators, beautiful and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, convenient trash disposal, covered parking, huge terrace and both bedrooms have ocean views! Best experience so far in PP.

This location is very private. Only the neighborhood houses can access the beach. It is also remote and about an hour from SJD. Make sure to start your route on your phone while connected to service. No cellular service although my new phone found some satellite connections once in a while. Also make sure to stock up on food and supplies. The local store has limited options. The house was spacious for the 4 of us. Store drinking water was supplied which was nice! Well stocked kitchen (with spices, pots/pans, paper towels, dish towels, etc) for all cooking needs. Ocean breezes kept us cool inside. Loved the papala (roof deck) for star gazing and beautiful views! Beach was great but we had a cyclone warning which created quite an undertow. Despite that, one of us surfed and the others body surfed. Spent the stormiest day scuba diving with sea lions - super fun! Tyler was a great host, very helpful and responsive.

The unit was comfortable and colorful and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The beach was beautiful, sandy, perfect for swimming and long beach walks. It is a 25 minute drive from town so bring food and drinking water with you so you don't have to go back. We liked the peace and quiet and it felt very safe. There are palapas in front of the units that are amazing. If you want jet skis and banana boats, there is a resort down the beach that attracted some of that. Also Chuck responded to all my questions right away. I wish we could have stayed longer!

It has an excellent location near the nainari lagoon a lagoon which is located in this city some small details but we comment on it. And everything is great, thank you so much and we will recommend it

Great place, very comfortable and peaceful. Easy walking distance to the beach. In a quiet neighborhood that feels secure and friendly.

Amazing location between the two capes, great host communication, convenient prestock service, well-equipped kitchen and reliable WiFi for working remote. The pool/hottub are a short walk away and very nice. Easy walk to El Merkado for food across the main street. The noise from the neighbors above traveled quite easily, bring earplugs if you want to sleep in. A doggo clearly used to live here, so keep that in mind when booking with any allergies. 🐶

Terrific location, with a beautiful view of the city and bay from the deck. There was plenty of space for our family of four + and aunt and uncle & my dad. We really enjoyed the outdoor terrace with a soaking pool, and were very pleased with the proximity to the Malecon, and all the shops and restaurants. La Paz is a friendly town, we loved our stay, and as the locals say, “we had no bad days”.

WOW! This place was amazing! I needed a last minute place for my husbands birthday vacation and not only were the hosts able to accommodate but they went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely time. The location is right in the golf course so perfect for anyone want to relax, golf and not have to deal with driving. The community has a pool that is delightful! To top it all off the onsite restaurant makes it so easy if you do not feel like cooking. I highly recommend!!!

Great place and location for a San Felipe trip

Very safe and quiet, ideal for resting. You must have a vehicle to be transported from the apartment. Search in Waze or GoogleMaps as Camino Del Mar, Tezal, otherwise sends you to another location.

The original intention was to book this location for birding in the Santa Rita and Patagonia Mountains. While we successfully accomplished that goal we were also enthralled by the culture and history in the local area. Hikes on the Anza trail are easy to get to. The property is close to all things you could want to do in the area. Relaxing here was easy to do after early rising and accomplishing many activities.

These are several points (all positive) that I would like to mention: Ian and Cecy's attention was extraordinary and very enjoyable, they were always attentive to what we asked or needed. The place is super nice, very clean and cared for, in addition to everything they advertise (and even an extra with certain things that you can find at home). The recommendations they gave us when arriving on places to visit were very accurate. Definitely when I return to La Paz I would like to stay with them again, I give them a 10/10.

Jeff was an amazing host. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The beach, the amenities and the restaurant were great. There's something to do for everyone. We would definitely stay again. Jeff was very accomodating and one of the easiest host we have dealt with.

Roxana is a great host. Her home is lovely and well appointed . We really enjoyed the comfortable beds and linens. Several farm to table restaurants right in the neighborhood worth exploring. We look forward to our next stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is well equipped, surround sound is great. A/C works great. Large baths and attached walk-in closets so nice to have that space.

The place was just as described, she was flexible with check in and check out. The townhome was clean and quiet. She was very good at responding to any questions and did it in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again and recommend staying here. 5 stars across the board.
