Great apartment and good communication

My friends and I had a lovely stay! Really nice location within walking distance to a quiet beach. The apartment was clean and had all the basics. Bassem was very helpful and arranged a ride for us from Tunis to Sousse which was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

The apartment is still as impeccable, comfortable, and faithful to the photos. The view of the pool remains a real pleasure, especially for relaxing after sightseeing. The location is ideal, and the tranquility of the place allows you to truly recharge your batteries. My hosts are still as attentive and helpful as ever, with the same kindness that impressed me so much during my first stay. Their warm welcome really makes the difference! It’s the perfect place for a relaxing and tranquil getaway, set in a charming local town with easy access to nearby areas via taxi or bus. The beach and scenic coastal walks are also close by. We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Port El Kantoui. Nizar’s apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. In a perfect location, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was literally behind the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants on the Marina. We felt really safe staying there, as there are lots of security and police monitoring the area. Nizar was a great host and very responsive. Such a great find and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be looking at staying there again!

Communication with Zied was outstanding. The restaurant owners in the area also knew how to help you directly. Unfortunately, the pool was not yet available, but the beach is really only 2 minutes away! The apartment, especially the bathroom, was of European standard - very clean! I would book it again 😊
