Super séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur du port, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Imane est extrêmement réactive et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés en retard, mais elle nous a attendus avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour sans soucis.

Encore une fois un bonheur de venir à sousse dans cet appartement. 2 fois que nous venons et 2 fois que nous vivons un confortable séjour, propre, bien placé et tout inclus cet appartement est l’idéal ! Merci Faycal à bientôt !

My friends and I had a lovely stay! Really nice location within walking distance to a quiet beach. The apartment was clean and had all the basics. Bassem was very helpful and arranged a ride for us from Tunis to Sousse which was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

The apartment is still as impeccable, comfortable, and faithful to the photos. The view of the pool remains a real pleasure, especially for relaxing after sightseeing. The location is ideal, and the tranquility of the place allows you to truly recharge your batteries. My hosts are still as attentive and helpful as ever, with the same kindness that impressed me so much during my first stay. Their warm welcome really makes the difference! The fact that I'm coming back speaks for itself—it's become my go-to place in the region. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for a third stay! We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Port El Kantoui. Nizar’s apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. In a perfect location, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was literally behind the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants on the Marina. We felt really safe staying there, as there are lots of security and police monitoring the area. Nizar was a great host and very responsive. Such a great find and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be looking at staying there again!

Die Kommunikation mit Zied war herausragend. Auch die Restaurantbesitzer in der Umgebung wussten einem direkt zu helfen. Der Pool stand leider noch nicht zur Verfügung, dafür aber ist der Strand wirklich nur 2min entfernt! Das Apartment vor allem das Bad war auf europäischen Standard - sehr sauber! Ich würde es wieder buchen 😊

Superbe logement atypique donnant accès directement sur la terrasse du restaurant. Superbe deco, spacieux, bon lit. L’accès à la terrasse de leur petit restaurant intime est top.

Marwan is a great host, he will do his best to help you if you need anything during your stay. The place is very pleasant, especially for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the sea, admire the sunrise and walk on the white sand of long beaches.

My friend and I enjoyed every minute spent in khalil’s house ! It was safe, clean and cozy. Khalil is very helpful and responsive. And his mother is incredibly friendly and nice. I would highly recommend khallol’s house if anyone wants to visit soussa!

I had a wonderful stay at Mehdi's place! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Communication with Mehdi was smooth and quick, and they were always helpful and welcoming. I especially appreciated the view from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

j'ai passé un bon séjour chez Samaher, logement propre, bien équipé et bien situé ,le plus c'est que le logement au dernier étage, pas de bruit, ni rien du tout, vu magnifique sur la résidence, dès mon arrivé j'ai eu une relation amicale avec Samaher, c'est un hôte professionnel, je recommande vivement.
