J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement à Sousse ! Le logement est impeccable sur tous les points : très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, extrêmement propre et parfaitement situé, à proximité de tout (plage, commerces, restaurants). L’immeuble est sécurisé, ce qui permet de se sentir en totale confiance. L’hôte a été exemplaire : très réactif, disponible, chaleureux et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour découvrir la région dans les meilleures conditions. C’est vraiment un lieu que je recommande les yeux fermés, que ce soit pour un court ou un long séjour. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter lors d’un prochain passage à Sousse ! Encore merci pour cette belle expérience !

This is a lovely apartment, clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. It is a 20 minute walk into the medina, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Happy to recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious and modern apartment, which is located in a new and secure building and a nice area. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. When we arrived, the tables were were set and small snacks, juice and chocolates were provided. The apartment was generously equipped with everything you need and offered all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The communication with the owner was very good, he was very friendly and replied quickly. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, we were welcomed by the host‘s father, who was also very kind and welcoming. The only small downsides were that it was a bit loud at times (traffic noise because the apartment is facing the street and is located right next to a mosque) and that the bathroom was a bit small. Other than that, it was the best apartment we ever stayed at in Sousse and we can highly recommend it!

Logement loin du tumulte de la ville, il est bien équipé. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit, la présence de la piscine en été doit être très agréable.

On as passé un excellent séjours, Donia a était a l’écoute et présente pour nous assurer un très bon séjours.

Wir (Paar mit Kind 4J.) waren eine Woche bei Alia zu Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Appartement ist hübsch, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig am Meer. Naila (Alias Mutter) wohnt im selben Haus, hat uns oft weitergeholfen und super Tipps zu allem Möglichen gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Maison très agréable dans l'ensemble avec sa piscine le plus de la maison. Dans un quartier calme. A 15 min à pied de la plage et des commerces. Même si vous avez des petites soucis sur le logement a votre arrivée, Khadija fera le nécessaire pour le régler et dès le lendemain matin se sera régler. Je conseille ce logement vous y passerez de belles vacances.

Lovely villa right next to the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooftop is a stand out, and the barbecue in the back garden was amazing for cooking all the fresh seafood you can find in the local fishmongers. Do bear in mind that during Ramadan, Hergla restaurants aren’t really open even for dinner, so come ready to cook (supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers etc open as normal). Maher is a great host and very responsive.

Good experience, and good option to spend few days away from city .. driving to location wasn’t easy (especially at night) but the area is safe and the villa is super nice and cozy!

On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Le quartier est calme, agréable et bien situé. Amine est toujours aussi accueillant, disponible et attentionné. I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. The host Ghassen was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, coffee, and fast Wi-Fi. Es war wie beschrieben und die Lage war ruhig. Nette Menschen und ein Kiosk der zu Fuß schnell erreichbar ist. Mohamed ist sehr nett und hat sofort geholfen als wir fragen hatten. Im großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden.

My friends and I had a lovely stay! Really nice location within walking distance to a quiet beach. The apartment was clean and had all the basics. Bassem was very helpful and arranged a ride for us from Tunis to Sousse which was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment!

The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. Séjour très agréable, le studio est bien aménagé, la cuisine est bien équipée, salle de bain très propre. une très belle vue sur la mer, l'hôte est hyper sympa. je reviendrai l'été prochain Nchallah et je recommande vivement.
