This is a lovely apartment, clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. It is a 20 minute walk into the medina, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Happy to recommend.

Ein absoluter Traum! Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand – man hört das Meeresrauschen schon beim Aufwachen. Der Garten ist riesig und wunderschön gepflegt, mit viel Platz zum Entspannen oder Spielen. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom privaten Zugang zum Strand – fast menschenleer, wie ein kleines Paradies. Der Pool war sauber und perfekt temperiert, und der Pizzaofen war das Highlight unserer Abende. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Merci pour tout – c’était magique!

Wir (Paar mit Kind 4J.) waren eine Woche bei Alia zu Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Appartement ist hübsch, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig am Meer. Naila (Alias Mutter) wohnt im selben Haus, hat uns oft weitergeholfen und super Tipps zu allem Möglichen gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa d’Aziz. L’emplacement est idéal, la maison est propre, bien équipée et très agréable. Tout était conforme à la description. La villa est bien située avec toutes les commodités à proximité. La plage est impeccable. La communication avec la mère de Aziz a été fluide et chaleureuse. Merci encore pour l’accueil ! Amazing view, clean and spacious house, perfectly set up for outdoor living with large family style table on patio off the clean spacious kitchen and another covered two covered lounge spaces you can entertain guests or just relax with a book and look at the spectacular sea view-the place is worth every penny. Good security, in a gated community. Quiet even though there is a hotel close by. Attached bathroom in each bedroom, and air conditioning in each room. Very nice and spacious living room to relax with family and watch tv-there is a satellite cable set up that allows you to choose English Channel programming. Responsive and helpful property management-big thanks to Hamdi for getting us set up on site.

Lovely villa right next to the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooftop is a stand out, and the barbecue in the back garden was amazing for cooking all the fresh seafood you can find in the local fishmongers. Do bear in mind that during Ramadan, Hergla restaurants aren’t really open even for dinner, so come ready to cook (supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers etc open as normal). Maher is a great host and very responsive.

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet appartement, et c’est toujours un plaisir ! L’appartement est impeccable, très bien équipé et conforme à la description. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Le quartier est calme, agréable et bien situé. Amine est toujours aussi accueillant, disponible et attentionné. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec plaisir une troisième fois !

Mon séjour chez Samy s'est trés bien passé, tout était clair et fluide. L'appartement spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Samy est très actif. Je recommande vivement ce logement

My friend and I enjoyed every minute spent in khalil’s house ! It was safe, clean and cozy. Khalil is very helpful and responsive. And his mother is incredibly friendly and nice. I would highly recommend khallol’s house if anyone wants to visit soussa!

Es war wie beschrieben und die Lage war ruhig. Nette Menschen und ein Kiosk der zu Fuß schnell erreichbar ist. Mohamed ist sehr nett und hat sofort geholfen als wir fragen hatten. Im großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Super séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur du port, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Imane est extrêmement réactive et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés en retard, mais elle nous a attendus avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour sans soucis.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!
