Holiday rentals with beach access in Gulf of Naples

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Everything from start to finish was just perfect! The apartment is located near the town center and is within walking distance from several amazing restaurants, the beach, the bus stop, and amazing shops including a grocery store. It also has the most beautiful view! Anna was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and during. She organized car transportation, dinner reservations, as well as a chef dinner hosted at the apartment, with several courses that were all family recipes and unique to the area of Praiano. This experience was worth every single penny! We really fell in love with Praiano. So many restaurants with the best food and very kind people, with zero crowd from the surrounding areas. We cannot wait to come back someday!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions. He gave us a heads up with a taxi strike happening on the day of our arrival to prepare us. He gave us specific instructions on how to get to his place from the airport utilizing the Allibus. He was flexible with our check-in/check-out. He also had snacks for us upon arrival. We stayed in 3 separate Airbnbs on our trip and we got the best sleep here. The place was beautiful and great location. His home had such character and matched the pictures. You felt the historical charm yet the bathrooms had a modern feel with large walk-in showers with great water pressure. The seaside was right at the corner with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within just a minute or two walking distance. This was our favorite stop of our trip. The apartment was amazing — clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We really appreciated all the thoughtful recommendations, especially the restaurants and the scooter rental — every place she suggested was perfect. You can truly trust her local tips. Massimo was a great host, he offered free shuttle to and from the city centre upon check in and check out, he provided recommendations for things to do, and he was very responsive throughout our stay. The place has a beautiful view.

We had a lovely three days in Praiano at Ana's place. The views are incredible. The place is spacious, clean and decorated so that it feels like home. The location is walkable to the SITA bus, Mobility bus, Praiano taxi. It is also walkable to several restaurants. We like Kasai and Il Pino restaurants the best! Ana greeted us upon arrival and got us settled with any needed information. She was very responsive and helped arrange transfer from town to town with luggage. We are sad we had to leave. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful stay! It was so peaceful and quiet - just beautiful! Emma was amazing from start to finish with communicating and recommending local spots. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Napoli and wanting to stay outside of the city center :) Thanks again!

Nuestro hospedaje fue exelente! Rosa y su esposo fueron súper amables con nosotras. El apartamento se encontraba en exelente ubicación, súper limpio, con todo lo que uno necesita. La vista es increíble, fue un placer amanecer todos los días ahí. Nos encantaria volver y sin duda elegiríamos alojarnos en el mismo departamento! I cannot recommend this listing enough! Praiano is quieter and less hectic compared to Positano and Amalfi and it was an amazing location for our few days on the Amalfi Coast. Pezz Pezz is the perfect location close to so many local restaurants and easily walkable down the steps to two beach clubs (One Fire and La Gavitella) as well as a lovely cocktail bar overlooking the sea (Cafe Mirante). La Gavitella also hosts a cooking class at their restaurant that can be accessed via the steps from the AirBnB. The hosts are very attentive to their guests and make check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The hosts were also kind enough to book a Taxi for us the evening before our departure so we could catch our ferry in Positano hassle free! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept. The views are exceptional and the surrounding area is safe and quiet. We would have loved to stay a few more days but are hoping we can make it back in the future!

Casa Caldeiro was the perfect stay and exceeded our already high expectations! The view is incredible—photos truly don’t do it justice—and the location might be the best in all of Positano. You’re just minutes from everything you’ll need, yet the apartment feels completely peaceful and removed from the bustle as soon as you step through the gates. The walk down to the apartment is also stunning. Grady was a fantastic host, offering trustworthy recommendations and making check-in and check-out incredibly easy. I highly recommend taking his referrals for porters and taxis—they made our entire stay completely stress-free. We would, without hesitation, stay here again. The value is unmatched, and we’ll gladly refer any friends visiting Positano in the future.

Un logement superbe avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. La plage est à quelques minutes et le parking est un réel plus. Melania a été super gentille et nous a recommandé de bonnes adresses dans les environs. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter la côte Amalfitaine. Ce fut un voyage merveilleux. Maria è una host fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e funzionale per il rientro dal mare. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima al mare (a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus, a negozi e ristoranti. Raccomando fortemente!

Logement idéalement situé, face au port et a proximité des restaurants et moyens de locomotion. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et correspond parfaitement au descriptif. I've stayed in many Airbnb's with my family and Giorgio's home in Casamicciola was my favorite. The views and location are amazing, you will never get tired of that view! The town is very accessible and there's plenty to see nearby or by public transport/taxi. The home is quite spacious, 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for those families/groups wanting their own separate space. Giorgio is very responsive and accommodating, the perfect host!

Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne z przestronnym tarasem i robiącym ogromne wrażenie widokiem na morze i port . Wejście do apartamentu jest wśród bardzo zadbanych kwiatów co bardzo lubię . W mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebowaliśmy . Bardzo blisko jest przystanek autobusowy aby dojechać do centrum Capri . Wyspa piękna i bardzo dobrze skomunikowana . Casa Calypso was absolutely beautifully decorated and spacious inside and the views were amazing. It is worth the climb up the stairs for sure! Arianna was the perfect hostess, greeting us upon check in, with porter ready to help us with the luggage. She had drinks and snacks to welcome us from our long journey. Arianna was very responsive, answering any questions we had about the area, transportation and making great recommendations. Our stay was very memorable and highly recommend Arianna and Casa Calypso.

A stunning place, in a stunning location. Exactly as the pictures with a view that isn’t done justice in the listing. Not least what felt like a private beach at the foot of the steps to and from the house! We had a wonderful time and were well looked after by the hosts. Be it needing transport or just information, they always responded quickly.

Great location for exploring Naples and the wider area. We went to Capri (Ferry). Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius (metro & train) during our 4 night stay and all easily accessible. The apartment has a wonderful terrace where we ate breakfast & chilled at night. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. I highly recommend this apartment.

Francesco’s place was a fantastic stay—beautiful, luxurious, and spotless. It’s conveniently located within a 20-minute walk from the train station and just a short walk to the docks if you’re planning to take a ferry along the Amalfi Coast. The apartment is close to great restaurants and the beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Despite being in a lively area, the inside was incredibly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location with stunning outlook. Gio very helpfully introduced us to a local taxi driver who collected us from port and provided help through the week. Will miss sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

The unit was spotless and exactly as described. While there’s no real view, the interior was comfortable and well-equipped. Just note—it’s a two- to three-story walk-up, so be prepared for some steep stairs. The TV is a bit outdated; upgrading to a smart TV would be a nice touch. That said, everything else was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook, including a full-size fridge. Overall, a great stay—especially for a group.

My partner and I had a great stay in Sorrento at the attic. The location could not be any better, right in the center of the main square. There is a lot of nightlife in the main square which could be a bit noisy but we enjoyed the people watching. The outdoor space was a nice place to hangout. AC kept the main area cool but the bedroom did get quite hot in the evenings. The stairs up are no joke, definitely your physical capabilities in mind when booking. Overall we would recommend!

This was a wonderful stay! It was my first time ever visiting Praiano and this was the perfect place for my trip! Antonio was always very responsive and helpful, I asked him for local recommendations and he helped me right away. i’ve never met another host that was as nice and helpful as Antonio was! He made sure we had the perfect stay outside of just having a lovely airbnb to stay in. The place was so spacious, clean, and pretty! I loved sitting out in the balcony enjoying the views of the ocean. I felt very safe, lots of walkable restaurants/stores, and not a far walk to the main beach. We were greeted during check in and they even came to say goodbye during check out. Overall I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Praiano/Positano.

Francesca is an excellent host. Very helpful, very kind and always willing to answer our questions and give us great tips. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It is conveniently located close to the old town, port, train station and all the main attractions of the area. Francesca gave us accurate directions on how to access the apartment, and made check in and check out very easy. Our stay in Sorrento was very nice and apart from the excessive humidity of the area everything else was great!

perfect location for us to explore the surrounding area. A short walk from the bustling Sorrento. The apartment was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Alberto gave us help with booking transport from Naples airport and even meet us at the bus stop. He could not have been more informative and kind. We feel very lucky to have found this place it was fabulous in everyway and the host we could not have been more helpful. thank you for an unforgettable experience
