Villa holiday rentals in Gulf of Naples

The home was perfect to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sorrento. The home is well landed out for two couples to have privacy. We didn’t enjoy the hot tub due to it not being completely clean and temperature was not warm. If back in Sorrento we will definitely rebook this beautiful home.

Daniela and her mother are the most hospitable people from helping us by picking us up from the station and dropping us off. They went above and beyond especially during our transportation mishap, they were making calls and trying to translate due to language barriers. Daniela offered a lot of useful travel information on what to do and where to go. Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant and highly recommend staying here.

Antonello and his family went above and beyond for me and my guests during our stay. Angela was an amazing employee and I wish I could have an Angela for everywhere I go. The villa is magical and truly indescribable. You have to be there to experience it. The views are breathtaking and the village is quiet and precious.

Saverio’s place was impeccable, the place was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. We went with kids and they loved it as well. If you want to enjoy Amalfi coast but not be in the crowded areas this place is for you, we loved our stay and enjoyed the terrace drinking the wine Saverio gave us as a welcome gift. I would definitely recommend Casa Saverio

Valeria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer sofort erreichbar ist und alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus, das Grundstück und die Aussicht sind wunderschön, gepflegt und sauber. Was man wissen sollte, das Haus liegt abseits und sehr hoch. Die Straßen dorthin sind sehr kurvig und eng. Die Auffahrt in das Grundstück ist leider nicht sehr einfach und steil, ein kleineres Auto wäre besser gewesen. Am Ende hat es aber mit ein paar Tricks von Valeria geklappt. Es gibt einen kleinen Ort, der zu Fuß in 10min zu erreichen ist. Dort erhält man alles was benötigt wird, sowie eine Eisdiele und Restaurants. Wenn man gerne eine größere Auswahl haben möchte, muss man mit dem Auto los, da etwas entfernt und die Straßen sind zudem für Fußgänger sehr gefährlich. Amalfi, Positano und Capri sind super mit der Fähre aus Sorrent erreichbar. Auch hier waren die Tipps von Valeria sehr hilfreich. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und ich kann die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Valeria

Just a perfect stay in Positano! Villa Cocles is stunning! We were greeted by Marina and shown around the property at check in. She also had a nice welcome drink and snack for us. Everything was spotless. Her kitchen is well equipped (much more than any airbnb we have stayed in) and we easily made two lovely dinners for our family of 5. We enjoyed the terrace so much that we wanted to just stay instead of going out to eat! Can’t say enough good things about it! Would absolutely go back!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect — just a short walk to an adorable local market where we picked up fresh ingredients and snacks each day. We were also within easy walking distance to a beautiful beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and sea without having to plan a full day trip. The bus stop was very close by, and it was just a few quick stops to reach downtown Sorrento. The property had a lovely farm-like feel, with peaceful surroundings and a charming, rustic atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind, always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. It was the perfect mix of nature, convenience, and warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice villa!! My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the terrace was beautiful and we had plenty of space for everyone.

This villa was 10x more stunning in real life than in the photos! It’s extremely quiet, private, and in a great location. The grocery store was very conveniently located, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners and enjoy gorgeous sunsets every night. After a long trip, I usually am ready to get home, but I truly did not want to leave this place. Our hosts were quick to communicate, friendly, and professional. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Positano Paradise! 🤩 Laura's Villa exceeded expectations! Stunning interiors, breathtaking views from the immense terrace 🌊🏙️. Exceptional hosts Laura and Luca were - responsive, helpful & provided insider tips on restaurants, beaches & local activities. Homemade dinner on the patio was a highlight with Luca and his wife🌟. Ok this place was just incredible! The location was simply perfect, away from all the hustle and bustle of the big city and tucked away in a very unique and cute seaside marina town on the Mediterranean, yet close enough to all major famous spots. The breathtaking views and the feel were much nicer than what you would get from the surrounding famous spots like Capri or Positano. The house is the best property I have ever been to on vacation. This house is put together with taste and with lots of love. Every corner is thoughtfully designed and decorated. It was spacious and comfortable (family of 6) and would easily fit 8. The hosts Simona and Gianluigi were just the icing on the cake for this property. They are genuine and cheerful hosts who do not shy away from lending hand. They made us feel like we were staying at some of our relative's house. Be sure to book a private in-house dining experience at the house with a private chef. You will thank me later for this!

Liebe Bettina, wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt. Tamara, vor Ort, ist eine großartige Unterstützung und ich empfehle diesen Empfehlungen auf Capri zu folgen. Es ist eine sehr schöne, ruhige und zentrale Unterkunft. Man erreicht den zentralen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt, Capri- Stadt wie auch den Busbahnhof mit Bussen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb v. 5- 10 min. Man wohnt aber oberhalb der ruhigen Straße mit dem Blick auf die Marina piccola. Ganz Capri wie auch die Unterkunft erfordern ein wenig Freude beim Treppen steigen. Wir wollen wieder kommen. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Barone. Plenty of room for our family of 7. The outdoor area was relaxing and spacious for our 3 year old to run and play. We loved having the entire home to ourselves. The hosts provided coffee and an array of snacks for us to enjoy during our stay. They were gracious, generous with their information and very responsive to our inquiries and needs. The walk to town is not far but one must be cautious as the roads are narrow with little room to walk, and the cars and motor bikes are many. We managed surprisingly well with a stroller and a little extra caution. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Sorrento in the future! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Marilisa! JJ met us and helped with our bags which was greatly appreciated. Annalisa welcomed us at their beautiful villa. The villa is very spacious and the outdoor space was gorgeous and so peaceful. And the views are amazing. JJ was very helpful in arranging transportation, and booked a wonderful boat tour for us too. The steps to restaurants are plentiful - we found them rewarding and justified eating extra knowing we would get our steps in : ) Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful villa, wonderful hosts, and wonderful views : )

A very beautiful place perfect for our family of 4 with two adult daughters. The location was great when traveling by ferry, as it is at the base of Positano just above the beach. It made traveling to Capri, for a day trip, very easy to access the ferry. The highlight was definitely the patio! Not sure how many other rentals have a large patio like this one! We loved having our morning coffee with the beautiful views, and 3 out of the 4 nights we went to the small grocery store (The Wine Shop, a 2 minute walk - with everything you need, and a wonderful staff!) and bought fresh produce, meats and cheese and had dinners on the patio, using the beautiful ceramic dishes! We ran out of coffee pods and the hosts hand delivered them to our door! This airbnb was a splurge (everything is expensive in Positano) during our travels in Italy, but worth it!

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

There are a lot of villas to search through in Sorrento, but really you should stop your search here. This location was absolutely perfect: views of the ocean, Mt Vesuvius, and the sunset; extremely helpful and kind hosts; beautiful gardens; and amenities to make you feel completely relaxed. Carlo and Emanuela have put so much time and care into making Villa Carolina an absolute pleasure to stay at. Recommend for anyone heading to Sorrento that wants to experience an Italian villa!

First..the property was absolutely breathtaking, not going to lie, there are many steps getting to the villa but worth it…the whole town is full of steps but the small town of 600 is charming. Miriam and Francesca were wonderful hosts, always available for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this villa.

We're in love with "To Ischia With Love Villa" & Ischia! Mayra is a gem, she was very attentive and generous with her knowledge & time. She made dinner reservations for us, arranged our rental car/taxi's. She made our stay in Ischia absolutely fabulous. The property is outstanding and beautiful, the views are just stunning. The villa is clean-fresh linens, perfectly maintained. Private patio. We didn't have any issues. Mayra is on site and just a phone text away to help you. Our experience left us with the feeling that we will return. We did the breakfast every morning that she will provide, if you request.. Italian pastries & freshly prepared savory table, breads, fruits, jams & local delights. She had picked oranges from her garden trees to make us fresh orange juice!! Her mother Alessandra makes the most delicious cakes. Heaven! Not only just a place to stay, it's an experience. Thank you Mayra & Alessandra for being the most gracious hosts, your hospitality was incredible.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in einer total schönen Villa. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie in alle 4 Villen und hatten daher den ganzen Außenbereich für uns, was sehr toll war! Vincenzo ist total hilfreich bei allen Fragen und super freundlich. wir können die Villen von Vincenzo zu 100% weiterempfehlen! :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Don’t wait, book this Villa! Amazing views, well kept exterior/interior, comfortable beds, incredibly clean! The host went above and beyond to make sure the arrival was seamless. There were snacks to enjoy, a clear map of the island, and beautiful flowers outside among the many seating areas. The host and their staff are very responsive! Easily the best experience I’ve had with AirBnb to date. Thank you again for a memorable vacation we will never forget!

Highly recommended place to stay, if you’re looking for something peaceful and out of the town, this place match up with the best location ever, really great house, clean and we couldn’t find another view of the cost than the place has it. We were welcomed by Luigi, who’s had done a great job and made us feel like home. If you will host here, try to rent a car, it’s highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.
