The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Welcome to fully comfortable apartment on the ground floor of a family house in a quiet area of Lucija. It is located 1,5 km from the Turistic center Portorož surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, casinos, nightlife, shopping mall and the beach. Capacity is 2 or 3 persons (one double bed and one auxiliary bed with equipped kitchen, garden, tv, free wi-fi internet connection and air condition. There is privat parking place in front of the house for your car.

Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
