Holiday rentals with a pool in Gulf of Trieste

We spent a total of 6 days with Damir on vacation. The accommodation was extremely outstanding - especially the view with the pool. Since Damir lives right next door, the communication channels were short. Otherwise, everything was super clean and quiet. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Helena is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had. She was always available and more than helpful. She not only provides accommodation but a temporary home. We felt more than comfortable in this dreamy house and had nothing to complain about. The amenities are great, especially the covered outdoor kitchen with grill. A travel cot was provided for our baby and there was a first aid basket with breakfast for us. Through the walled garden, we had a super relaxed time with the dog and without exception everyone had a nice stress-free time. We would come back anytime!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! The stay was terrific. Very quiet, nice location. Sonja was very helpful and we could ask anything. Wonderful to be able to explore the area and be in the tranquility on site with Sonja. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with our place! Very well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and vacuum cleaner available! The pool is a dream! It is checked and cleaned every 2-3 days! The place is a bit off the beaten path, but if you have a car, that's no problem either! You always have to drive, beach, shopping, city! We would definitely recommend the place, as the landlords are also very nice!

Very nice apartment, location is great. You can go directly to the beach or to the pool. The sunsets on the balcony are truly unique.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

We were there as 2 families with 1 child each (2 years old) The villa is exactly as pictured. The location is quiet and remote, but everything is accessible by car. We had a great holiday!

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. The accommodation was very nice, it was exactly as in the pictures, the equipment also fit perfectly and it lacked nothing. We were able to communicate very well with the host and we were always answered quickly. The pool was even better than expected, it looks beautiful and the fact that it could also be heated suited everyone. We had a very nice vacation and would recommend the accommodation to everyone.
