Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gulf Stream

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Delray Beach. The vibe and aesthetic of the space were absolutely perfect—stylish, relaxing, and thoughtfully put together. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a definite highlight, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the area!

Absolutely beautiful home. Had everything we needed and then some. Their housekeeping service informed them of some missing necessities before we arrived and they had everything overnighted from Amazon. They were great hosts and the home was clean and very comfortable.

From the moment we entered the property we were thrilled! The photos on the listing site perfectly matched the reality and the patio/pool space was like being at a resort, but without other people. The home and property are just cozy and beautiful and we loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants, local attractions and the beach (which about 1 mile away). Ben couldn't have been more responsive when we had a question, including ordering a new spa heater installed within a few days when we let him know that we were unable to get the existing one going. This place was peaceful and just right to get away for a couple of days. Only about 10 minutes to downtown area but far enough where you could enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Had a wonderful long weekend with our family of 5. Lots of space to spread out and the home design and decor is quite lovely. Beach towels and chairs were great! House does have various levels with stairs so maybe not ideal for those with mobility issues. We appreciated the large private parking and we took advantage of the Freebie shuttle that picked us up at the door to venture into the Atlantic Ave area. One thing to note: google maps seems to direct you to the back alley (not the entrance). Just make sure you follow directions to entrance off Swinton. Happily recommend and would stay again!!

The location to the beach was amazing. This was perfect for a chill beach vacation with clear water and perfect warm breezes. We may come back one day!

Victoria was an amazing host. Very accommodating, responsive, and friendly. The unit itself was beautiful and equipped with all of our needs, close to the beach, and very private. Joshua's airbnb was an absolute gem. Clean, bed was very comfortable and in a fantastic location. (close to the beach) Walking distance to many restaurants, publix, Walgreens, etc. Joshua was a superb host. When ever I had questions he was quick to respond. Our stay was phenomenal. I was celebrating my birthday and Joshua had the place beautifully decorated. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Joanne is a great hostess. She communicates very well and is responsive to requests and inquiries. The location is ideal, located just off of Ocean Boulevard (A1A) on a quite low traffic side street. The location is very close to the beaches, several great restaurants and local attractions and very accessible to I95 if you wish to travers North or South. Very clean accommodations, with a dedicated parking spot and private entrance. The shared laundry is right out the back door as well as a gas grill. This was our second stay at Joanne's unity and will likely stay there again in the future.

Definitely a great place to stay, was very low-key and we had the pool to ourselves pretty much the whole time. Place was exactly as described and clean. Definitely will book again

I came for a long weekend away with my teenage daughter and loved our stay at the Charming Downtown Beach House! We walked to coffee at South Beach, dinner at Lilos, and shopped the quirky little shops. We chose to drive to the beach which was a quick and easy drive. (Approx 5 mins) The house was very clean and had such cute decor. I appreciated the Tupperware and other kitchen items as well as the beach chairs for our beach picnic. Naomi and her team were very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Hello . Mathew was a Really Great Host !! The place is Better than the pictures !! I got the Rest I Needed and Mathew made Sure I had Everything . It was Very Nicely Decorated and Clean … Did Not see one bug the week I was there .. He Answered All questions Very Fast . I Will Definitely Be Staying here again .. I Live here in Lauderdale and use Airbnb a Lot for a Kinda Staycation to get AWAY from home :-)) !!!! This place was one of the Nicest places yet !! I really did not want to leave , I could Live there and be Very Happy . You won’t be sorry renting from Mathew .. Wish I could give him More than 5 Stars .. I over slept an hour check out day ( I was so comfy) and he was Very Nice about it !!! Can’t Thank You Enough Mathew !! TinaMarie

We had a lovely time staying at Island Nest. When we arrived it was clean, with great amenities and the A/C was on. It was a great location close to the beach, restaurants and every you'll need for your vacation. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Can’t beat the location, walkable to the beach and delicious restaurants on Atlantic Ave. Having the beach chairs and umbrella was a huge plus and saves you $60/day to rent them. Kitchenette had a tiny sink, mini fridge, and a coffee machine, perfect for what I needed. Check in was easy and when the code for the lock didn’t work, hosts responded immediately. The shampoo/conditioner/q tips/period products were a thoughtful touch. Place is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler looking for a few days to get away and enjoy the beach.

The apartment is nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful with heated pool and lounge chairs overlooking the canal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The host went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

I had the best vacation for the 6 nights At first night I felt it was my home and was so sad to leave😭 ! Everything was just perfect 🛒 🍱 🌊☀️⛱️👙🐚 and of course location!!! Thanks a lot , Scott! You are a great host!! I will be back for sure ❤️❤️❤️

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!

The place was small and cute. Let out couch mattress was extremely thin but they usually are. the community pool was clean. The Apartment was clean and just enough space for my family of 4. They had everything you'd think to need for the beach and for your stay! Plenty of towels and wash clothes, Cooler, Chairs, Umbrella ( It Rained),Coffee machine w/ Coffee. Sand buckets & toys for kids, etc. 10/10 recommend especially if you're on a strict budget. The beach seemed more of a 5 min walk which was great! Loved the scenery around the home.
