Experience the midnight sun between Lofoten and Vesterålen

Charming place midway between Lofoten and Vesterålen. Access to a small boat with an engine makes it possible to go to the sea. The boat is in an old bullpen by the sea, and as my father and grandfather before us, we will have to drag the boat down to the sea and back again with pure muscle power. There is great nature, so both mountains, forests and the sea can be enjoyed. Now also from a new 25m ² terrace! The house is old, and somewhat worn, but works great as a holiday home for us. Cozy cabin in Kjerringnesdalen in Vesterålen

Cozy old cabin in the forest with 12v electricity. Located by Kjerringnesvatnet in Vesterålen, 15 km from Sortland. Suitable for families or couples who want nature experiences. The cabin is located by a river and water. The canoe can be used freely if you want to paddle in the river. Kjerringnesvannet is salmon-bearing water and you can fish in the water if you buy a fishing license. The cabin is located in the forest with lots of great hiking areas near the cabin and around Vesterålen.

A unique experience close to nature. Our cabin is situated in untouched wilderness, close to lakes, valleys and mountains. Unlimited fishing and hiking potential. 35 minutes drive from airport & Harstad, 2.5 hours from Lofoten. Road access and free parking by the cabin. 10 minutes drive to grocery store & the sea. Located in a rural location, perfect for recreation! 50 m to the sea/pier. Decorated in festive, retro style. Well equipped. Bathroom with heating cables. 2 beds in the loft (steep staircase), 1 bed ground floor. Upright beds/towels. 45 min drive to Harstad, same to the airport. 5 min to mini market, playground and gas station. 75 min to Polar park, 2 hours to Målselvfossen. 2.5 hours to Svolvær, 3 hours to Senja, under 4 hours to Tromsø. No smoking inside, nor allowed to party.

My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and furry friends (pets).It's also a quiet and quiet area, without the heavy traffic noise as it's not on the main road. Quiet neighborhood.

The Blue House - Blokken

A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.
