The house off the beaten track. If you want be totally alone in the woods in a house steeped in history, this is the place. Most of the inventory is historically and intact. A mini museum. Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house. Originally built in 1792, this Pocket House was once named "Smallest House in Bergen" by the local media. Nice apartment, spacious and practical with two bedrooms, open kithen and livingroom area with a great view over the harbor. Centrally located with beautiful outdoor areas, right by the boat marina with swimming opportunities, park and playgrounds (beach vollyball and basket), musiums and grocery store. This holiday home is situated by Norway's largest fjord, Sognefjorden, in a beautiful secluded spot. If you want a real peaceful and quiet break, this place is perfect. There is no noise apart from the hypnotic rumble of the waterfalls coming down the spectacular mountains.
