Comfortable, calm, detached studio apartment in the center.

As of June 2024, I have created this listing for my new home in Milas. My apartment is the guest room of the old Milas house. It offers ease of transportation with its staircase-free, independent entrance and convenience of use in the center with its large courtyard. We are ideally located for staying in the center of Milas. With short walks, you can visit the Baltic Gate, Uzunyuva, Gümüşkesen. Easy access to public transportation We are an animal friendly family. Our dog Kara is just as cute as our cats.

Villa Belle View Bodrum

I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa on Airbnb and I'm thrilled! The light-flooded kitchen-living room is a highlight with a huge flat screen TV and large windows that allow an almost 360-degree view of the sea. The view is overwhelming, especially from the master bedroom. A lot of praise to the two owners, Mr. Vural, and the employee, Mr. Durmus. They were always available and extremely helpful with any questions. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable! The only drawback is that the villa could be better presented to present the different areas in more detail. It would also be great to offer interactive opportunities outdoors, such as a table tennis table under the pergola. All in all, everything was great! This villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. I highly recommend.

It was a great stay experience! The house was extremely clean, tidy and very comfortable. The decor was very tasteful and everything we could need was considered. The hosts were incredibly caring, kind and welcoming — they were quick to respond to any questions we had and were super helpful. We really felt at home. We would definitely like to come back again. We stayed here for a month and really felt right at home. Mr. Harun and his family were very friendly and answered our questions quickly and offered a solution. The house is located with the most beautiful view of the site, but since it is on the hill, the drive to and from the pool to the sea has been tiring on some days.(It can also go up and down with stairs that want to walk, but since we had a baby, we had a lot of burdens.) Overall, it was a clean, peaceful house that met all its needs.

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

The hosts are great people, the house was clean and tidy, the furniture was new. It is a quiet, calm and very peaceful place, there is a calm bay within 2 minutes walking distance. Between Bodrum and Didim, about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car in both places. Thank you again 🙏🏻
