This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was SUPERB - walking distance to Major Attractions ( Basilica of St John , Ayasuluk), Restaurants, Minimarket, and Public Transport ( Train Station and Otogar to catch Dolmus). The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. The host was responsive and welcoming, providing valuable local tips. The property's design was really unique in 180 years old building. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels and stocked up kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic choice for our stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it more if we could! Book with confidence, you will not regret it.

Konaklayanların favorisi açıklaması kesinlikle doğru... Tatil tarihimizi değiştirip evi tuttuk ve çok güzel bir tatil deneyimi yaşadık. Ev tamamen açıklamada yazdığı ve fotoğraflarda olduğu gibi, oldukça da otantik ve tertemizdi. 2 çiftin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği, kendine ait tuvaleti ve banyosu olan geniş 2 oda, oturma odası, tuvalet ve mutfaktan oluşan çok güzel bir evdi. Ev sahibimizin bizim için bıraktığı vişne likörünü akşamüstü avluda otururken keyifle içtik... Ev sahiplerimiz de çok misafirperverdi, tüm sorularımıza hızla ve ilgiyle cevap verdiler... Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Sıkıntısız bir konaklama yaşadık , evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek herşey mevcuttu ve oldukça temizdi. Teşekkkür ederiz

We had a wonderful week in Kokkari at Evangelia’s house, a lovely place, close to restaurants, beach and shops in a beautiful peaceful location. ❤️

Samos’ta gecirdigimiz 5 gun icin bu evi sectigimize cok mutluyuz. Ilk gun feribotumuzun gecikmesinden kaynakli check-in saatimiz 3 saat kaymisti ve George bunu anlayisla karsilayarak aksam gec saatte olmasina ragmen girisimize yardimci oldu. Gittigimizde bize ikramlar da saglamisti bunun icin cok tesekkur ederiz. Evde ihtiyaciniz olabilecek her sey var, her sey tam anlatildigi gibiydi her seyi dusunmusler. Evin yanindaki akarsu ve kus civiltilari inanilmaz bi ortam yaratiyor boyle bir seyi hic tecrube etmemistik gercekten cok keyifliydi. George gelmeden once her seyi anlatti ve surekli iletisim halindeydi, her sey icin cok tesekkurler ❤️

Ara ara olan elektrik kesintisi dışında bir sorun yaşamadık. Son derece keyifli bir terası ve geniş salonu mevcut. 3 çift veya 6 kişi için ideal. Karaoke için mikrofon ve hoparlör olması konaklamamızı çok keyiflendirdi.

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

Het verblijf in het huis van Minas en Rodopi was geweldig. Het was mooier dan we op de foto's konden zien en het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Als je op zoek bent naar rust in een prachtige omgeving, kan je dit huis veilig boeken. De routebeschrijving die wij ontvingen voor de rit vanaf het vliegveld was perfect, want vooral het laatste stuk vanaf de doorgaande weg is steil en deels onverhard. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Apollon (de beheerder) en Rodopi. Er stonden allerlei zelfgemaakt producten voor ons klaar, die wij mochten gebruiken. Gedurende de week kwamen Minas en Rodopi langs om ons nog meer te brengen. Ontzettend vriendelijk en bovendien erg lekker. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad, met gelukkig mooi weer (eind april). Het (privé)strand onderaan de klif is top, en wij hebben hier meerdere keren gezwommen en gesnorkeld.

Eve ilk girişte görevli kardeşimiz Uğur bey bizi karşıladı.Çok anlayışlı güler yüzlü bi kardeşimiz.Ev sahibi aileden biri gibi çok sıcak ve kesinlikle keskin kuralları olmayan aile dostumuzun evine gelmiş gibi hissettik kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz.Bundan sonra kesinlikle yazları burada geçiricem ev tertemiz Uğur bey hep elimizin altında ne istersek sagolsun yardımcı oldu.Evden çıkarken ev sahibi burhan beyi aksilikten dolayı göremedigimiz için üzüldük resmen arkadaşlarınızla ailenizle kimle gelirseniz gelin kesinlikle eviniz nasılsa burasıda öyle tekrar tekrar teşekkür ediyorum sade sakin temiz sıcak bir yılbaşı geçirdik mutlaka deneyimleyin

Giorgos is such a kind-hearted host. We really enjoyed our stay and he made sure we had a good time by reaching out and telling us about the local activites. We are definitly coming back.

Stelios is a very friendly and hospitable host. The house is in Marathocampos a lovely town on the southern outskirts of Kerki surrounded by olive groves. The house is as spacious and comfortable as the photos show and has a wonderful terrace with panoramic sea views. The location of the house is also great, there are nice beaches and restaurants nearby (Kampos and Ormos). We also recommend you to visit the village of Koumeika and eat at the Sama restaurant under the plane tree in the village square. It is also possible to meet Stelios there ;) Many thanks again to Stelios! Irem

This was the third time I stayed at Martha and Evanthia’s place. It’s always wonderful and I look forward to going there again. It really is 5 stars, and Martha and Evanthia are lovely people and make you feel right at home. Agios Konstantinos is the perfect place to relax as well.

The apartment is very well decorated and free of clutter. Very welcoming and easy to relax in. The view of the ocean is amazing. There are restaurants, markets, cafes, shops, etc. right outside the front and back doors. Also public transportation that takes you straight to the downtown touristy area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you're staying in Izmir.

Everything was perfect. Apartment has a beautiful view as seen on the pictures. Its not much of a problem but the building is always smells fuel oil.

Ayşe hanım ve Yılmaz bey, evsahipliği ciddiyetinde aynı zamanda sıcak ve samimi davrandılar. Annem, kardeşlerim ve kuzenim ile konakladık. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Bir evde gerekli olan herşey fazlası ile mevcuttu. Havuzu, bahçesi, balkonu çok keyifliydi. Çıkarken hepimize birer hediye verdiler. Nezaketlerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz. House is very comfortable and host is very helpful. The village Kalamoti is near to many touristic places like Komi beach, Pyrgi, Mesta. You can watch the stars at night on the rooftop of the house.

Herşey çok güzeldi, ev sahiplerinin ilgisi yakınlığı sanki kendi evimizdeymiş gibi hissettirdi. ev olanakları da oldukça yeterli,özellikle 3 adet banyo olması ve bahçeçok konforluydu. sitenjn kendi plajı var ancak biz gittiğimizde duş ve tuvaletler açık değildi, o nedenle kullanamadık,ama eve yürüme mesafesinde,ve oldukça temiz ve keyifliydi. ailecek gidebileceğiniz keyifli bir lokasyon, alaçatıya da çeşmeye de çok yakın,biz çok memnun kaldık :)

Aylin is a great host! The house is beautiful and located in a cozy village some minutes away from the beach by car. Aylin took care of us and supported us throughout the trip. We totally recommend staying at Aylin’s place!

Harika 2 gun gecirdik ailemle. Muazzam temizlikte, hersey dusunulmus en ince ayrintisina kadar mutfakdan, olarak akliniza gelebilecek hersey evde mevcut. Biz cok mutlu kaldik gercekten cok guzel huzurlu doga ile ic ice biryer. Bulent bey cok hizli donus yapiyor herhangi bir sorunuz oldugunda. Muhakkak tekrar huzurlu dinlenmeler icin geri donucez.

Perfect stay for one night at this lovely Place. Thank you so much. The kids were so happy about the kittens in the garden. It was wonderful.
