Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and facilities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that bothered us, everything else was very positive. I look forward to the day we will go again.

Alison is a very hospitable and thoughtful person. I was always able to reach him very quickly. The house had everything. We stayed 5 people, 5 people can stay comfortably. There was an iron, tea machine, coffee machines, mixer, plate sets, washing machine, dishwasher, bath towels, linens, blankets, board games, mosquito net, bookcase, everything. The house was very clean, even the blanket smelled good. There is another toilet in the garden, so you can rest assured✌🏻 Despite the crowds of Izmir, the location of the house was calm and peaceful. We preferred Yoncaköy as a seaside location and we could reach there in 15 minutes by car. The garden is so peaceful that you won't want to leave. Only the pool in the backyard is shared. The front yard is all yours. Simply a wonderful home and host, I can't wait to come back☺️🫶🏻

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. I have been using this platform for 7 years. I use AirBnb for most of my domestic and international travels. Among all my travels, Mr. Burhan's house was definitely the best quality, the most "homely", the most friendly, the most comfortable and definitely the cleanest. The house is designed to cover and accommodate everything you need. 5 ultra-luxurious rooms, each with a separate bathroom and toilet, were delivered sparkling clean. The housekeepers are available 24 hours a day to respond to your support requests and fulfill almost any request. Mr. Burhan asked if we had a request every day, and he was incredibly helpful. Every part of the house is designed with a sense of luxury. From the 100" TV in the living room to the pool ceramics, even the finest details are equipped with the highest quality products. Confidentiality and privacy are highly valued. The security of the house is very well provided. I will choose Mr. Burhan's house without hesitation for my future travels.

We stayed for the first time, but it will never be the last. If you want me to rest your head and be affordable, you can choose. Ms. Ece responded to all our questions at any time. We did not have any problems with the pool, it had a temperature of 25 degrees when the weather was 6 degrees. You can safely choose

The view is great. The pool is clean, private and quite sufficient. The host is very hospitable. We stayed for 4 nights and he offered us a treat every day. Freshly baked pastries, homemade olives, apricots they picked from the tree, everything was so delicious. We rested and had fun. Thank you so much for everything

We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

Mr. Ali was very interested. We spent our weekend as if we were in our own home, nice and comfortable. Everything in the house was thought out to the finest detail and was quite clean. The amenities provided made our holiday more comfortable and effortless. It was our first stay, but it won't be the last. We recommend that everyone go there one day.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooftop patio was marvelous. It was a little further from the town center than I expected, but we had nice walks to the boardwalk and to coffee. The unit is compact but well-appointed; we cooked a simple dinner and did our laundry. Best the best feature is the double-deck roof patio. Watching the sun set as we enjoyed the cool of the day was a treat!

Nana is a really friendly and helpful host. She welcomed us with cake and tea:) We felt at home. The rooms are also very clean. The next morning, she offered pancakes and omelettes, she is very thoughtful and thoughtful. We stayed for 1 night, but if I come back, I will definitely stay here:) I recommend it to everyone:)

I recently stayed at a this house, and I must say that everything was exactly as described. The owner is incredibly hospitable and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The only suggestion I have is to consider installing air conditioning, as it would make the stay more comfortable during extremely hot days.

I would like to state that the pool is private and they make their guests feel like family members. It is one of the most suitable and comfortable areas you can find in the Urla region.

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

We stayed for 2 days. When you entered the house, the spirit of Alaçatı immediately embraced you. There was everything you could think of in the house. The books in the bookcase, the accessories, the fireplace, the atmosphere of the house was very nice. Alacati bazaar was a 5-minute walk. The street where the house was located had the full spirit of Alaçatı. On the morning of the holiday, our host left bagels and boyoz at our door, which was a very nice thought. We had a wonderful stay at Stamatis place! Koumeika has been the best location for us - you can explore all island from here, it's an authentic, beautiful village without many tourists and the people are very welcoming. You have a great restaurant, cafe and mini market in town. the apartment has an amazing view , is perfectly equipped and very clean. Stamatis is a great host, was very helpful and friendly and has the best advice on where to go and what to do on the island. Thanks for verything Stamatis, we truely loved our stay!
