Ev harika bir konumda. Çevredeki tatil beldelerine ve gezilecek yerlere yakın. İç ve dış mekan çok temiz, düzenli ve fotoğraflarla uyumlu; çok beğendik. Yeniden gelme fırsatım olsa tekrardan burada konaklamak isterim. Her şey için teşekkürler :)

Amazing place, spectacular environment beatiful surroundings, inside to very popular pubs and restaurants. Place was clean beatiful everything you need from house is available. Definitely recommended.

Je recommande le logement d'Eva. Le studio est très bien équipé et dispose d'un grand salon et balcon. "Chez vous"...mais en vacances. Vue sur la mer et la montagne (les deux!) Eva est attentive à vos requêtes tout en étant discrète. Mon séjour à été une vrai réussite ! Merci et au revoir.

Öncelikle Fatma Hanım gerçekten çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Çok cana yakın, hoşgörülü, güler yüzlü, kibar bir hanımefendi. Her fırsatta bir ihtiyacım olup olmadığını sordu. Çok yardımcı oldu. Bir sabah krep bile ikram etti bana. Çok iyi ağırlandım. Ev tam anlamıyla tertemizdi. Havlulardan yatağa, gardolabından mutfak araç gereçlerine kadar tertemizdi. Giriş çıkışlar konusunda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Fatma Hanım da sağolsun esnek davrandı. Mutfak araç gereçleri gayet yeterli. Son derece sessiz, sakin ve huzurlu bir muhit. Denize birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Denizi gayet güzel. Ferah ve tertemiz bir havası var. Foça merkeze araba ile birkaç dakikalık mesafede. Market de 5-10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Benim için baştan aşağı harika ve sorunsuz bir konaklamaydı.

Büyülü bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Evimizi değil, sanki ruhumuzu dinlendirdik burada… Ev, sadece konforlu değil; aynı zamanda huzurla örülmüş gibiydi. Her detay ince düşünülmüş, tertemiz ve misafirperverliğin en güzel haliyle sunulmuştu. Konum harikaydı; çevresindeki doğa, sessizlik ve enerji bize gerçekten çok iyi geldi. Ev sahibi ise kelimenin tam anlamıyla nazik, ilgili ve güven vericiydi. Her an ulaşılabilir ve yardımseverdi; kendimizi çok özel hissettik. ✨ Bu sadece bir konaklama değil, içsel bir durak, ilahi bir nefes molasıydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese öneriyoruz. 💫 5 yıldız bile az kalır!

Gerçekten temiz ve merkezi bir yerdeydi, evde hersey en ince ayrintisina kadar düşünülmüştü. Hangi saatte ihtiyacım olduysa cevap veren ev sahibine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz 🙏

Her şey açıklamalarda belirtildiği gibiydi. Ev temiz, kullanışlı ve güzel bir konumdaydı. Konaklama için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Konaklamamız çok güzeldi Emre bey zaten önceden bizi arayarak evle alakalı bilgileri vermişti. Görüntülerdeki ev ve olanaklarda değişik birşey yoktu ne söylendiyse oydu herşey çok güzeldi fakat bize musallat olan bir kaç sinek vardı onun dışında herşey çok olumluydu. Tekrar gideceğimiz günü iple çekiyorum.

Evinizin rahatlığını aratmayacak ve tüm temel ihtiyaçlarınızın bulunduğu bahçeli bir ev. Bahçe özellikle çocuklar icin çok uygun. Internet son derece hızlı ki bu da evden çalışmak durumunda olanlar için önemli bir artı.

Herşey için teşekkür ederim konforlu ve temiz bir konaklama oldu tekrar tercih nedenimdir.

Konaklama gününe kadar Ferhat beyle iletişim halindeydik sorulara hızlı ve çözüm odaklı dönüşler sağladı. Konaklama yapacağımız gün Sebiha hanım ile tanıştık daha telefon konuşmasında bile samimi ve içten sesi içinizi rahatlatmaya yetiyor. Her şey o kadar mükemmeldi ki Çeşmede tekrar geleceğimiz bir evimiz oldu diyebilirim :) Her yer tertemiz pırıl pırıldı mis gibi temizlik kokuyordu :) Sebiha hanımın kahvaltımıza yaptığı jest çok ince düşünülmüştü. Evdeki her detay tek kelime ile kusursuzdu. Sebiha hanımın bizi yolcu ederken arkamızdan su dökmesi ve güzel dileklerde temennilerde bulunması çok güzel ve çok ince bir davranıştı. Ferhat bey ve annesi Sebiha hanıma her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

Dear Gülay, Thank you for the wonderful arrangements that you made in your home to receive us and made sure that we weren't inconvinced in any manner.  Every corner of the house is so attractive and likeable expecially the coastal blue inspired colour palatte, which soothes your senses. These quaint and charming settings enchanted us the moment we entered the premises. And its vicinity from the main bazaar was most convenient.  Thank you again for having us share your accommodation. Yannis gaf de nodige tips (omgeving, restaurants) en het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf voor ons. Ofschoon zo vroeg in het seizoen nog veel zaken en terrassen nog niet open waren hebben wij ons goed vermaakt. De ruimte was voldoende schoon, fijn dat er in de keuken koffie en thee, kruiden en ander gemak klaar stond. Het komen op de bovenste verdieping vraagt om wat acrobatiek, hetzelfde geldt voor het terras te bereiken, maar we zijn nog 'jong', 65;). Het uitzicht vanaf het balkonnetje is geweldig, de geluiden prima te verdragen, de zon die ons bij het opstaan verwelkomt, de lekkere restaurantjes zo dichtbij, de vriendelijke mensen, het is geweldig allemaal!

Great place to stay when in Patmos, directly in the centre of Skala. Big and free parking nearby. Top restaurant around the corner. Last but not least, Roula is a wonderfull host.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

From the moment I booked, Vasiliki was in touch and so kind. I honestly felt like she was an old friend. She was always available and gave us wonderful local tips especially for restaurants. The house itself was spotless, brand new, fully equipped and perfectly located with a beautiful bay view from the large balcony, just a few steps away to the sea, very close to the most amazing beaches. Everything was smooth and relaxing. The check-in & c/o were super easy. It was simply a perfect stay: 10/10, fully recommended! I’d love to stay in Emporios again and even meet kind Vasiliki in person one day. Thank you so much for everything!

Manolis provided a wonderful apartment & excellent communication. I highly recommend this combo! Parking your vehicle just outside of the port is smart. It’s tight to get your vehicle nearby.

Gerçekten harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi! Ev sahibimiz son derece nazik, saygılı biriydi. Daire tertemizdi, her şey hazır ve eksiksizdi. Manzarası inanılmaz güzeldi ve dairenin kendisi de çok şık ve etkileyiciydi. Sadece bir gün kaldık ama bu kısa zamanı bile çok beğendik ve keyifle geçirdik. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek istiyoruz. Nelli’s apartment is a perfect place to stay in Samos. It worths every penny you spent. The house is very well decorated and cozy with AC ‘s in all the bedrooms. Nelli was really thoughtful and left all the gifts for us. ( honey, wine , uzo, snacks, fruits) The house was equipped with everything that you might need. We really enjoyed our time in our holiday. I strongly recommend this place for your holiday.
