This rental house in Gunnison, Colorado, was a perfect fit for our family. It had all the essential amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces. The home was clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, making it easy to settle in and relax. The location was ideal—quiet, convenient, and close to everything Gunnison has to offer. Our family loved our stay! Beautiful home with beautiful views. The house was bigger than what we expected. Shana and Jason were extremely friendly! We only ran into them briefly during our stay, and completely forgot we were there. Everything is labeled on how to care for the home and it was extremely helpful. The place was clean, relaxing and beautiful.

The fam and I spent a wonderful spring break ski week here and loved it. Condo is beautiful and the perfect size for the three of us. Super clean and well-maintained. Ski lifts are less than 10 minutes walk and that includes a stop at the ski valet downstairs. Pool, hot tub and fitness center are all right there, too. Had a few questions for the host during our stay and answers came in minutes. We will definitely be booking this property again in the summer!

The heaven house is truly a slice of heaven! The pictures do not do this stunning home justice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We chose to adventure in Marble and Maroon Bells during our time at the heaven house. Our commute was easy! Overall a beautiful private oasis.

Peaceful and comfortable, it was a perfect stay for a relaxing weekend exploring the West Elks area.

Overall it was a great experience for me and my friends and family, the place feels like a true relaxing vacation home and having the river next to you really makes you enjoy the day. We will definitely be returning soon!

Loved this home so much. Didn't want to leave! Perfect for my love of photography, nature, peace. Loved every detail in the home. It was so perfectly decorated for my taste! So happy the coffee, shampoo and conditioner were supplied. Felt safe and at home, as I stayed alone there. Love the view from the deck, with hot tub, firepit, seating, dining table availability! Loved that there were fireplaces inside. So cozy!! Will be back!

We thoughroughly enjoyed our stay in Marble. Cristina thought of everything, from placemats, to cookware, to bugspray, and feminine products, contact solution, and coffee/tea making items, this house has everything you need to feel right at home. She even had toothbrushes and tooth paste if you forgot yours. Also, the jet tub in the Master bath was a treat! The views are stunning and the area is beautiful! Thank you for providing a lovely, dog friendly mountain getaway. It was exactly what we needed.

Gorgeous views, walking distance to main street, easy parking. Our family of 4 had a great stay and will definitely be back!

11/10 spot and host. You have a great upstairs to yourself with a back deck. Very quiet, fast WiFi and downtown right around the corner. Great coworker with Pepper the dog.

Amazing stay right in the middle of Leadville. Waking up to the smell of coffee downstairs and being able to explore the main street was such a treat. Nick’s place had everything we needed with lots of cozy touches. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for my solo trip to hike Mt. Elbert! The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water which were my main concerns.

Comfortable and cozy space for one or two travelers in a lovely location. The paths to town from the neighborhood are a great perk. Jon is friendly and in the ball with helpful info whenever needed.

Our family really enjoyed being walking distance to the Created Butte ski lifts, local restaurants , The Store for any last minute needs and the complimentary ski valet! The kitchen is small but well appointed and the crock pot allowed us to have a hot lunch or dinner waiting, when we returned home after skiing. Any questions we had for Andy via the chat in the app were answered in short order, and we felt like he genuinely cared about us having a great stay.

Condo was awesome. Had everything I wanted ! Loved the area lots of great hiking weather was gorgeous. Always wonderful to come back to a comfortable place. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the TV. The bathroom was awesome and love the kitchen. No complaints.

Great stay! The place was spotless and super close to the ski hill, lots of cool bars and restaurants and a very short drive or bus ride to downtown CB!

We loved our trip to Crested Butte. Patricio’s condo was just the right size and is steps from the lifts. The shuttle to town is super convenient and the Grand Lodge amenities are great. Best hot tub in the base area. Great host, very responsive. We will book this place again.

The condo was located down a large staircase and a pedestrian bridge from the slopes. The hallway entrance was not illuminated making it difficult to see when it was dark. We had our phones to help get in. The listed instapot was really just a rice cooker not a pressure cooker. These are really nit picky things and I would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. The condo was on the mountain and hot tub was big. Thanks for a great stay and hope to be back next year.

Place was well stocked. The Facility is a bit older and further away from downtown. The unit was updated and comfortable. Roads from downtown were not lit and it was snowing so that was challenging. We were only there for one night. I’d recommend to visitors just be aware that it is NOT downtown and bc we were there during shoulder season everything closes early. Erin was a great host. I would recommend.
